The guest house itself is an apartment unit with several rooms, of which you can book.

I arrived at 10 AM and the co-host waited for me. Not long after, Elena, the host, arrived to accompany me to the room. (Make sure you inform them a few days prior arrival so they will wait for you)

In the guest house, the nice cleaning lady (the middle aged Asian one) was still preparing my room so I waited for 25 minutes. She is super nice and will help you with any questions you have.

There is a receptionist desk, but the cleaning lady and other staff will only be there around 10.00-11.30 AM. After that there's practically no one, but you can ask Elena if you need anything.

For a guest house, the facilities are quite good (see more info in the Room section below).

Wi-fi works well. In the living room there's a desk where you can open your laptop and work. So you can stay there for a few hours after checking out (very good if you can't find a cafe where you can work - it's a bit difficult to find one in Rome). You can also drop your luggage and walk around, and pick it up later so you don't need to pay for a locker in the station. Make sure to ask Elena though.

I stayed here only for one night so this place worked for me. Two reasona though why it's not 5 stars:

1. Shower is a bit inconsistent. Sometimes the water gets cold even when it's set to hot. It also needs a few mins beforr the water gets hot.

2. It's a little bit pricey for a hostel. I stayed at the cheapest room (Double Econony), and it costed around 113 USD/104 EUR.

As for the area, like others have said, the Termini station area is a little bit shady, but the guest house itself is super safe. As you can see, the door to the guest house is locked, and before you can enter the area itself there's another trellis that is locked.

Just don't wander around after 8 PM. Get a taxi to drive you home.

I stayed at this guest house first time during August 3-6, 2024. I booked via Agoda and we got a good deal. When we checked-in, we needed to pay the city tax €30 for 3 nights and the owner (or the staff) asked us to pay cash so we needed to go to ATM immediately because she said she needed to leave soon. When we came back and we paid her €40 , she said she had no change and she asked us to go to get pity cash from somewhere again. We were super tired from traveling and so hungry so we just left that as tips for her. But this is not professional when you run a business. You should prepare pity cash for change.

However, our stay for 3 days at this guest house is not bad overall

1. The location is very close to Roma Termini and Metro , only 2 mins walk. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. It's very convenient to take the train to the airport or other cities.

2. The room is clean, has a good smell , and it is wider than we thought with the high ceiling. You have pretty much space for your stuff. Even though we heard the sound on the street all time, but we still could sleep well every night. The bed is big and comfortable.

3. The price is quite cheap so you can save the budget for your trip.

4. We got a cleaning service one day and they changed the towels and bedsheet for us. If you wanted they clean your room every day, I recommend to tell the owner/ staff in advance.

5. Free wi-fi and it worked well at our room. They also provide sockets in many spots in the room.

The negative things :

1. They didn't provide shampoo and just gave two small bars of soap so we needed to go to buy at the shop nearby. But it's ok. We don't expect about this from a guest house or hostel. At least they provide a hair dryer.

2. We had problem about the warm water system in a morning, we couldn't report about this to anyone because nobody was there. Fortunately that it worked as usual in the evening. It can be terrible if this happens during winter time.

3. The air condition is quite old and it took a long time to be cold during summer time , so you needed to be patient a bit.

4. They didn't provide at least a free bottle of water per day so we needed to buy by ourselves. We expect that this will be included as a standard service.

5. We had problem with the key a bit because it was hard to open and lock the door.

6. We seldom see any staff at the guest house so we couldn't ask or report anything when we had a problem. We only left the key when we checked out

If you plan to travel outside a lot and just need a place to sleep , shower and leave your stuff, this is an optional budget accommodation because the room is OK and reasonable with the price, but don't expect about services that much.

위치 빼고는 모든게 형편 없는 곳.
이 장소 때문에 나는 첫 구글의 리뷰를 작성한다.
테르미니역 노숙자가 아니고서야 이 곳에 머물 사람은 없다. 이곳에서 자면 외롭지는 않을것이다. 내가 머문 방에는 300마리가 넘는 개미가 상주해있다. 그러나 우리는 이것에 대한 불만을 말할 수 없었다. 호스트는 이곳에 상주하고 있지않다. 그들의 얼굴 보기가 어렵다. 체크인 방식에도 큰 문제가 있다. 주인장은 나에게 임금을 주어야한다. 나는 CESCO처럼 4일을 머물면서 80마리 가량의 벌레를 잡았기 때문. 나는 로마에서의 시간을 망쳤다.

상주직원 없어서 체크인 할려면 미리 연락하고 가야함. 연락 안할시 1시간 이상 대기. 수건 3일에 한번 빨아주고, 수건 바꿔달라 전화하니까 소리지름. 왜이렇게 체크인이 오래걸리냐고 하니까 소리지르고 차별성발언함.
방음 매우 안됨.
