Wish that the office personal (Jennifer) wasn't so rude and incompetent about doing her job. Filling out flma paperwork and disability documents is crucial to the patient and returning it back to the patient in a timely manner especially if these documents are to be charged for. I wish that Dr. Perez and Mrs. Martinez had a better outlook for the patient. Unfortunately this has made me question the quality of care.

I had called the office rather than going to urgent care regarding a sudden & serious illness that needed medical attention right away, and Dr. Perez graciously fit me in even though I suspect he forfeited his lunch time to do so.

Moreover, he took the time to provide emotional support regarding my diagnosis and upcoming treatment. He never rushes. He always listens. He never interjects. He always supports. His office staff is equally impressive with knowledge, skills, organization, customer service, and helpfulness.

WONDERFUL! Dr. Perez has been taking care of me since I moved to El Paso and this center opened in 2005. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable about multiple approaches to wellness, "hears" by listening to the patient and responds accordingly - never dismissive. He understands my pre-existing conditions and the decades prior I tended to them; courses of treatment, progression of the diseases etc. I trust Dr. Perez with my care! And as a life long athlete and performing artist, now in my mid 60's, "trust" is everything! I will continue to work together with El Paso Wellness and Dr. Perez as I move deeper into my senior years as an active older person.
