We came back for our second stay at Eastholme, 15 years after we got married here on 12/31/08! Susan and Kevin were so accommodating and thoughtful to make our stay memorable and a great way to commorate our wedding anniversary. The breakfast was outstanding, Susan is an amazing baker. Thanks for everything!

The Columbine Cottage was a wonderful getaway venue. Susan, the owner made us feel so welcome and every morning she treated us with superb homemade pastries and fruit. We enjoyed those on the back patio, while watching birds and drinking n the mountain air. Susan’s attention to detail and warm personality gave us many cherished memories of beautiful Columbine Cottage at EASTHOLME of the Rockies. The cottage had everything we needed to settle in and enjoy our trip. I highly recommend this jewel!

really enjoyed this quirky and cozy little cabin in cascade and would definitely come again! Susan was so friendly and accommodating from the getgo, met us in person and had lots of info to provide, as well as always sending us little notes so we'd know what to expect... and her baking is divine. You should book this place just to get a chance at some of her creative and delicious goodies. She even gifted us a few brookies which were a great snack post hike! I really appreciated Susan and her hospitable touch.
There are 2 cute rooms, and the little fireplace and the jacuzzi bath (fits 1 or 2 small people) make it extra sweet! The 3 of us were very happy- would be perfect for a couple, group of friends, or family with 1 or 2 kids.
It was a lovey little escape close to home for the holiday!

Besides fantastic accommodations and to-die-for home made breakfast pastries, Sue, Kevin, and their lovely daughters were delightful. I appreciated that they were open to as much or as little conversation as came up. Outside areas for relaxing are perfection, and the view is one of a kind. 5 stars for sure.

We had a lovely time in the little blue cottage. Great service and attention to detail. Located next to Ute Pass in Cascade, at the base of the Pikes Peak Highway.

THEIVES RUN THIS PLACE ! if i could give them 0 stars i would.Even though they have new owners theu are Extremely rude to everyone.the only reason they even get business is if people are desperate.We were some of the first geusts to stay since they re opened and did the place up to look decent.No matter where i am i always lock the door behind me at bread and breakfasts and hotels. But when i came back to my room my door was unlocked, room was srill a mess. so no, it wasnt some form of housekeeping.it was the owner .... she is a theif ! i saw her peeking around in the windows of everyones cars and pulling the car handles and come to find out that she had stolen my camera !! She just so happened to have the same exact camera (and sling) sitting in her office. ive reported to the police by now the camera is gone. DO NOT STAY HERE. unless youd like to have your things stolen and very rude service. not to mention the horrible "gourmet breakfast" that was something my 5 year old could make.only decent thing was there daughter who was very nice.

So my husband and I wanted to wing it and go on a romantic getaway before our baby is born. This was kinda last minute and I was having a hard time finding any bed and breakfasts with any vacancy on a saturday coming up in 3 days. By some miracle I found that one of the most luxurious suites was not taken at Eastholme..... In fact many of the rooms were up for grabs....I no longer think it was by some miracle. I called Wednessday night and recieved no answer but it was past 5pm. So I went ahead and did a Inquiry request online for the best room they had. Thought it was strange that I had to put my credit card info in for an inquiry, but the establishment looked great and we were in a bind. Anway, since it was short notice I called the very next morning at 8am...no answer. Left a message about my inquiry. Nothing by 10am so I called again...no answer. Did not leave a message. Thought about it and decided to find something else. I called back at about 10:30am to cancell ON MY INQUIRY SINCE I WAS GIVEN NO CONFIRMATION FOR A ROOM. I got a call back at 11am from a girl saying that my room was confirmed and she would see us Saturday. I said that I had cancelled half hour before, to which she cursed, said she would take care of it, and HUNG UP ON ME. I ended up calling 15 mins later because I couldn't stand it any longer. After being very rude and giving me a pitty story about how she wasn't there the day before and just got back to the property she couldn't tell me whether I would be charged for the room or not. I asked to speak to the supervisor/owner and I was immediately turned down, that she would take care of it. To which I said, "Because you would be fired for something like this...?" I did end up getting a full refund for a room I didn't know I had and then didn't want....Thats the only credit I can give this Bed and Breakfast.

This is a beautiful place and the food is excellent. Susan is an amazing cook. These new owners only opened recently, so old reviews are irrelevant.
