Sofia was very helpful and accommodating showing me every unit that might fit my needs. She was also great at following up and seeing if I had any questions after the tour. I swung by a few weeks later to look again, and her colleague Samantha showed me around since it was Sofia's day off. Both of them were very helpful and I felt like they genuinely cared to make sure I was happy with my decision. The concierge team has also been very friendly and helpful. The apartments are finished out very nicely with some great views, and seriously some of the best staff I've encountered among the many buildings I've lived in Dallas.

My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half. We switched units and signed another 15 month lease. The leasing team made the process so incredibly easy. I love the building, the staff and the management. There is rarely turnover in those areas. The maintenance team works very hard at maintaining the building. Anytime I have ever needed anything, they are hospitable and attentive. Never experienced any weird security issues like other buildings in the area. The finishes are modern and luxurious, the pool and lounge/bar is amazing.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to save others time and money. I would not recommend moving into East Quarter Residences. Despite being marketed as a luxury property, my experience has been far from it.

While I do appreciate some positive aspects, such as the excellent concierge team and the well-equipped gym, the negatives outweigh these by far.

I’ve submitted multiple requests for essential maintenance, including a malfunctioning touchpad lock and a dangerously tilted glass panel on my balcony. Both issues, which are serious safety and security concerns, remain unresolved.

On top of this, I’m unable to use the heat in my apartment, even as temperatures drop to 32°F. Every time I turn on the heat, all the fire alarms in the unit go off. Maintenance advised me to open all the doors, turn on fans, and wait 15 minutes—this solution has done nothing to resolve the issue.

The elevators are also frequently out of service, leaving me to climb multiple flights of stairs, and the cleanliness of common areas has deteriorated. It’s not uncommon to encounter dog waste in shared spaces, which is both unpleasant and unsanitary.

This property does not live up to its promises, and I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained home.

Had my tour today with Sofia, the Leasing Consultant and I absolutely love the place. Today was not my first time being in the building since I had a friend that used to live there but today was my first time actually getting a tour of all the amenities and hearing about the history of the building. Beautiful architecture and so many great things coming in the area. Sofia, was great in updating me about the events that the building holds for their residences and she was very helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely will be contacting her again when I officially move back to Dallas! Also BEST SKYLINE IN THE CITY

EQ is a great community with the best views of Dallas downtown, Farmers Market and Hardwood park. Sky lounge is beautifully decorated and gives you incredible sunsets. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive! Staff is very professional and attentive. Carlos provided the best tour and he was always there to help. He solved every concern or problem. Manny and Leesa were also very supportive and helpful. EQ is a great place to live!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place absolutely sucks. Elevators have been broken for 4 months. Takes 20 minutes to even go down. On TOP of that, the garage has been broken as well for multiple months, no security so cars have been broken into and stolen from our resident garage! If I could give zero stars I would
