Michael gave us an amazing virtual tour as we are relocating from the Northeast. Many complexes won’t even conduct virtual tours, so this is a huge plus. We are finalizing our plans this week but this community looks great. We have toured several places and love what this offers. Thank you Michael and team for helping us with this process so far!

Jayde has been incredibly kind and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The team here truly cares about their residents, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. Well me and my family are currently residents of this community, we are quite happy with living in this place, the office administration is responsive and tries to resolve all issues as quickly as possible, they meet your wishes, we have just extended our lease for another year, the community has swimming pool, playground for children currently under construction. I also like the location next door to the sheriff's office, on the other hand, the school has a rating of 8 out of 10, we were lucky and our child was accepted into this school, which allows us to get to school within 5 minutes within walking distance in the morning, this is a great opportunity to sleep longer in the morning. There are probably some disadvantages in General, but we didn’t find them!

I have been looking for a new place to live as my current lease is almost up. Only issue is I have used this companies online chat feature and requested a text, I have called, and I have actually sent text messages to them. I only ever get an automated system responding and it doesn't answer any of the questions I have. I even set up a virtual visit using their scheduling tool. The time came and passed with no contact from the company. I sent them another message and tried calling during the scheduled time. No response at all. I am left to assume they are good and have no need for any new tenants. Good Luck getting ahold of someone. Maybe you will have better luck taking time off work and attempting to speak with someone in person.

Update - I never got any emails from dunson and I have never been to your community to tour.

UPDATE #3:
To go off of Bryan R's review below when offering to renew your lease it is way more than what they are offering the same available unit at that moment. This is price gouging at it finest. The same unit i was in were going for $1750 on the available list in Dec 2023 and my lease renewal was $2000-2100 depending on how many months you pick. And Community Manager Matt stated rent was not going up only 1%. If they didn't have people taking advantage of the freebies of 6 weeks (then bailing) they would not be desperate for money and current residents taking the hit for it. STAY CLEAR!!!.

UPDATE #2: Moved out last week in Dec and once we moved everything off our porch and out of the garage. THE MOLD was disgusting in both areas!!! We lived in one of the carriage houses in building 15. Our floors in our unit were even black and could not keep it clean. We were breathing this in and no wonder why we have been sick on and off since Nov. Since moving into our new place weeks ago we have not been sick once. Photos speak a thousand words!!!!

UPDATE!! Don’t even tell me that you are very concerned and tell me to call the office as I already did several times as the residents of Building 15 are so RUDE. Learn how to close doors especially between 3am and 6am then again at 11PM. Also the arguments needs to stop. BE ADULTS!!!! Not my fault you have to work long hours to afford to live here dont take it out on us!!! Your so called management team told me they don’t want to hear my issues, told me to basically kick rocks and leave them alone. What a way to treat a resident. SERIOUSLY!!!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! If I can give negative stars I would. This place is not worth the money especially the carriage "townhouse" you can hear every little thing your neighbor does including the ones upstairs that are not even on top of you and the building is poorly designed especially where the kitchen is located. I am afraid it will get blown down in a hurricane. I have been a resident since Feb 2023. Residents are sooooo disrespectful - dont know how to properly close doors especially at 3am, playing loud sounds passing them as a dog, cant pick up after their dogs, dilapidated loud cars, constant loud music, parties all weekend, hanging out in garages working on motorcycles, residents working in cars in the parking lot (oil spills), fighting over parking at night, pool area and mailroom are filthy half the time. This is just by my building alone. We have neighbors that thier porch look like a junk yard. How embarrassing. There is a putrid disgusting smell around the community especially around the retention pond, pool area and walk way by the school that turns my stomach. Cant even open my windows if I want to. The Ridgeview Global school is beyond ridiculous too loud, wild kids and games up until 930pm at night. When do we have peace!!!! There are so many hidden fees on top of your rent so you end up paying close to $200 or so extra each month. Not counting utilities or garage. Make sure you pay your rent exactly by the 3rd of each month or you will automatically get evicted. Seen that in my area with notices all over my neighbor's doors. More evictions then people moving in. Ever since new management took over in June nothing but issues and why do we have a lease when you just give residents who are breaking the lease a slap on the wrist. Very boring living here as residents are not a priority so events are on the back burner. Glad I have 2 months left on my lease!!!

I’ve lived here since February 2024. The apartment is beautiful and really no complaints about the complex its self. It seems like once you start paying rent, the staff forgets about you. I’ve had to call the officer on my upstairs neighbor numerous times for excessive noise at night over the past month. From about 10pm they will play music excessively loud until all hours of the night or they are yelling and screaming at one another early in the morning. It sounds like a body is being thrown to the ground. This goes on until about 9am. My boyfriend has emailed the complex and staff about this and there has been no reply. Even my garbage apartment in the worst part of Orlando did something about my noisy neighbors. If you decide to live here hopefully you get lucky to have more courteous neighbors like we had before. Nothing will get done if people are stomping around all times of the night.

Absolutely blown away !!!!
My wife, son and I are currently trying to find our place to call home and honestly we didn’t know what to expect coming here my wife found this gem while I was squaring up an employment opportunity and she may have hit the nail on this place .
We arrived and was a little hesitant but Michael from the leasing office was phenomenal he answered everything we had question wise he made us feel welcome like we were already apart of the community and honestly was a bright spot of my birthday he took us to see the pomelo and let me say my wife is going to make me work hard for this one but she loved it from the start .
I love seeing her happy Michael gave us a detailed breakdown of a one bedroom we are looking at to the two bedroom to give us options he’s the best and they should give him a raise we are seriously looking into joining this community .
