I toured Cirque a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by their team’s customer service - to start! The lady at the front desk was warm, friendly, and welcoming. I’m ALWAYS in a rush with minimal time and Brandy literally anticipated every question you could imagine and informed me as we toured. If you get her, you’re likely to lease. Haha. I want to point out, each apartment we viewed was crisp and move in ready. Some of the surrounding apartments are lacking in this area.

I’ve lived at Cirque for about a month after looking at TONS of places. Honestly, the moment I walked in and met Brandy in the office I knew this was going to be home. The building is immaculate, the staff is super friendly and the location is everything. In top of that, the office team scores tickets at House of Blues and American Airlines and gives them out to residents which makes living here an experience. Highly recommend and loving it so far!

Been living here since July of 2021. Over the last few years, myself and other residents have expressed concern over the terrible state of the chairs on the pool deck. All chairs are now stained/discolored with pillows missing. On top of that, they are now falling apart with visible rips and tears. We have expressed this to Chuck and the rest of the leasing team and our concerns go unadressed. My roommate tried to have a conversation with Chuck about it in August and he walked away from the conversation without addressing the issue and finishing the conversation which is very disrespectful. It seems leasing is unwilling to address/communicate issues brought forward by residents because this is just one example of many that leasing dismisses. Don't buy the replies, "Our entire property team is dedicated to this community and upholding our values and quality standards" because they don't show it. If they did care about this stuff, they would have listened to the residents and fixed it already.

New residents beware! This property changed management companies and EVERYTHING changed. A few months ago Madera Residential took over.The Cirque is a beautiful building and has some great views, but the management is extremely poor. They do not care for the residents they only care about what the surface looks like, once you take a closer look it is rotten underneath. The basement level floods with sewage water and is left there to sit for weeks at a time. The carpets and hallways are stained with dog urine and smells like a gym. The dog park on 7th is full of feces and reeks of urine. So bad that most dog owners are forced to walk their dog behind the building where trash and homeless are allowed to sleep and defecate on the walls. Behind the building by the CVS is always littered with trash and glass. Management who lives at the building walk their dogs there and have been verbally informed of the mess and it continues to grow. New management will ask current residents to exit the already slow elevators (witch are always down) so they can take the elevator for a toor they are on. They are trying to take away valet for residents and make it for only new residents touring. Good luck having any visitors as the visitor parking is about 10 spots and once they fill up your out of luck. None of the luxuries of the building are garnered the contract that you sign states that all the luxuries ie. pool, gym, valet, common area, they are not guaranteed. There has been break ins on the 19th floor and no notice was put out till I demanded one be done. They replaced the key locks with electronic ones, so maintenance can enter your appartment when ever they please, asking for a time frame of visit will not be granted they will just walk in when ever to do what they need to do, no common curtsy. Property manager Chuck talks down to female staff in front of residents and in a public area, completely unprofessional he is trying to cut corners everywhere to save a buck. This is his first high-rise property to manage. All in all NOT a luxury appartment defiantly not worth the money when you can get five star service across the street for the same price if not cheeper.

Let me start by saying I LOVE it here. Not only because of the luxury living but because Brandy has made my experience a breeze. I moved here from New Orleans so I searched high and low, reached out to tons of other places in this area, downtown, uptown, turtle creek but no other property checked off all my boxes like Cirque. I felt welcomed and comforted by Brandy virtually before I ever step foot in the building. She was patient, informative, and friendly. The concierge is always helpful. The building + amenities are impeccable. The views are gorgeous, the highlight of my day is watching the sunset from my living room. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect building/location to call home.

A True Gem of Luxury Living!

After spending a few months in this incredible luxury apartment and thanks Brandy because you made my visit/tour , move in very special , I can confidently say it has exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I moved in, I was struck by the elegant design, high-end finishes, and attention to detail throughout the space. Every room is thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and style.

The amenities are top-notch, making every day feel like a five-star experience. Whether I'm relaxing by the pool, working out in the state-of-the-art gym, or enjoying the beautiful amenities/views, there's always something to appreciate.

The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet it remains a peaceful oasis where I can unwind after a busy day. The management team has been exceptional, always responsive and attentive to any needs or questions.

Living here has truly been a pleasure, and I can't imagine a better place to call home. If you're looking for a luxury living experience that combines elegance, convenience, and comfort, this apartment is the perfect choice!

When touring the Cirque Dallas Apartments, I was amazed by the views and wonderful amenities at the complex. Not only that but the staff is great too! The leasing manager Brandy was incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the building. She made me feel welcome to the building and that difference makes me want to come back!

Lived here for over 2 years and wanted to share my experience. I choose the Cirque because I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The concierge and valet service is a plus. My first year was great but then new management came in. The hallway floors are frequently stained and smell of dog urine and it takes them months to clean. Someone already posted a picture in a previous review. This past year, my floor had a persistent smell of weed and it would seep into my unit. I've brought this up to management multiple times and the issue remained unresolved. There are constant issues with the elevators breaking down. The building's quality is subpar. The lack of upkeep and inadequate response to tenant concerns are significant issues. I would go across the street to the Victor or look elsewhere.
