If we could give it 0 we would, the worst customer service received. We booked three nights, the flight was delayed, the train were cancelled due to transport strike which we found out later. We got to termini after check in time 8pm in a very touristic city like Rome. We mentioned the transport issues to the owner, she said if we did not make it on time, we had to pay an extra night, we did not have a problem with paying an extra night. Then in termini we were more than 200 people waiting for public transport, we contacted the hotel many times, only answering email, hardly ever by phone, and they said they were not going to open the door that it was a no show. At 1 am we decided to walk around knocking hotel's doors to get a room, we managed to get one out of our budget to avoid sleeping on the street with my 75 years old sister who was dreaming of visiting Rome for the first time in her life and probably last one.

We went there the following morning hoping to be able to use the rest of our booking but they did not even open the door.
No show around the world normally cause you the deduction of the first night, this lady took the money of the 3 nights.
Looking at previous reviews the same happened to another person, this hotel is probably used to do this and take people's money. NO EMPATHY, not willing to help at all, very rude over the phone, in fact if this person has many years in the industry, she has still to much to learn and less to steal from clients. I strongly recommend you NOT TO BOOK this place.

Everything you need and definitely a good place to stay if you want to experience what it’s like to stay in a casa. Not to mention the owner is super friendly.

Una habitacion no recommendable. Pesimo .no hay aire acondicionado .El baño es en comun y no corre bien el agua, toilets roto .por ese precio hay lugares con mejor servicio, no les recomiendo para nada. este lugar .pagar 86euros mas derecho a la propiedas 28 euros . .noooo

Si pudiera ponerle ceroooo a todo lo haría sin pensarlo! Pesimoooo porque no iba llegar estrictamente a la hora que ellos ponen de check in te cancelan la reserva sin devolución de dinero con la justificación de que no pagaste el seguro de cancelación! Y no te dejan entrar al otro día!!! Llevo años viajando y nunca me había sucedido algo así! Es un completo robo! Tengan cuidado con su dinero y a quien le confían su estancia de viajeeee si no quieren pasar un mal rato! OJOOOO luego no contesten este comentario que debí haber leído sus políticas ?, porque llegar 1 hora después del check in y cancelar la reserva nomas así sin tener un poco de flexibilidad es una completa Burlaaaa que vergüenza….

Bir kere konumu tartışılmaz derecede iyi. Oda da güzeldi. Tam bir fiyat performans. Ayrıca her yer temizdi ve duş için gerekli malzemeler vardı. Ev sahibi ise harika bir kadın. Şehirde Karşılaşılabilecek sorunlar hakkında bile uyardı bizi. Çok teşekkürler!

Lo mejor de todo la ubicación, que está cerca de la estación de tren y del coliseum, y a un precio razonable.
Estaba limpio, pero no está muy cuidado, el baño es compartido.
Las ventanas no insonorizan, y se oye mucho ruido.
No hay servicio de habitaciones, ni desayuno.
No hay toallas, ni nada de aseo.
La señora que nos atendió, estoy de acuerdo con otros comentarios, fue muy borde, parecía enfadada.
Si vuelvo,miraré otro lugar para hospedarme.

Még tavaly szálltunk meg ezen a helyen. Igazából a funkcióját ellátta. Nem sokat tartózkodtunk a szálláson, csak aludni mentünk haza, a nap többi részében egyébként is a várost jártuk. Pozitívuma, hogy nagyon közel van az állomáshoz és a Colosseumhoz, rengeteg nevezetesség sétatávolságon belül van. A környék is biztonságosnak tűnt, sokat sétáltunk este is a városban, semmilyen attrocitás nem ért minket. Jó éttermek és kisboltok is vannak a környéken, a szállásadó hölgy kedvesen fogadott minket, telefonon is beszéltünk, remekül tudott angolul, semmi probléma nem volt a kommunikációval. Negatívum, hogy a közös használatú fürdőszoba tisztasága enyhén szólva is hagyott maga után kívánni valót. Illetve nagyon hideg volt a szobában, a fűtést pedig nem tudtuk bekapcsolni.
