My partner and I stayed here for a relaxing anniversary weekend as a way to get out of the city for a couple days, and we were not disappointed!
The location is perfect, with the easy walking access to all of the Main St shops and not too far from the hiking locations either.
The building itself is beautiful and historical, our Blue Room was wonderfully decorated and had a nice sense of privacy even with the shared bathroom!
And, of course, the host was incredibly generous; our morning breakfast was lovely and an excellent beginning to the morning. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice, relaxing stay in Beacon! It was our first time up but we definitely hope to return in the future 🙂

My friend and I where staying here for the weekend, to get out of the city and spend time hiking.
We absolutely loved the B&B! They had comfortable rooms, and really nice breakfast, and the sweetest host. The location is perfect, with the ability to walk up and down the Main Street, and only approximately 20 minutes from a really great hiking area.
We would love to return some day.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Lovely quiet rooms with all the comforts needed. Small refrigerator in the room and individual heat and AC controls. Bathroom has soaps and shampoos and hairdryer. Even a bathrobe was available.

The best is the morning greeting with a delicious breakfast. Our host knew my dietary needs and accommodated it deliciously. She shared places to visit and some nice history and was just very friendly and pleasant and made such easy conversation all around the table joined in.

The location is perfect. A few steps from Main Street…(literally Main Street America:) )that is full of cute shops, restaurants, bars and breweries. All with the charm of Mt Beacon in the background. Before heading in for the night we stopped at the gas station shop across the way for a Diet Pepsi and bag of chips and even dawdled on the front porch with white rocking chairs.

We found the keypad entry the easiest way to come and go and not worried about having to be there at a certain time to get our keys at check in. We drove up and had to go to an event before checking in to the Beacon Bed and Breakfast leave the first night.

Beacon Bed and Breakfast was THE perfectly convenient, beautiful, relaxing and cute place for my boyfriend and I to stay in! This place has great energy, and the owner is so incredibly sweet! It was lovely to stay somewhere we felt so at home in and so welcomed!

The breakfasts served each morning are delicious and you get great variety each day. My favorite was the strawberries and cream French toast!

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Blue Room, a very cozy and relaxing room with great air conditioning and its own mini fridge. This room was more towards the back of the house so the privacy was also very enjoyable.

Check in was extremely efficient and swift, with great security at the door! No greeting appointment is necessary, so you have the ability to explore or nap as you please the minute you get here!

We wish the owner all the best and will definitely be returning together, or with our family! ?

My gf & I spent two nights at this beautiful B&B. The property is well kept, clean & perfectly located. We stayed in the Purple Room which was just as advertised; nice size room with a full updated bathroom. Both of our breakfasts were delicious! Made with locally sourced fruit & coffee. It was so good in fact I ate my gfs leftovers; too good to waste! The host/owner really is the whip cream on top of that French Toast! She's extremely friendly, funny & knowledgeable of Beacon. There is no doubt we will be back & friends and family already made plans to stay here & visit Beacon. Thank you so much!

What is there to say. I figure i look at what others say before i left my review. I agree with some of them but not all. While this bed was a little uncomfortable, mostly everything else was great. The bed was also quiet high for short kings. I loved the food and the place was kept very clean. It was also located in a great location. A few problems i had were the lack of things in the room. There was no TV. I see this as a good thing since you don't want others blasting their TV late into the night but it seemed strange not to have one. The walls being thin did not help either. There was not even anything like lotion, toothpaste or small bar soap. Mostly liquid soap. Also when we got there one of the side lamps didn't work. We had to mess with it to get it working. The fridge was cute but i think it was broken. When i opened it there was a bit of a gap after i closed it. Might just be old. Our room had a bathroom inside the room but others did not as we saw the bathroom in the hall. This is listed on the website, so we knew before hand. There was some conflicting information. The booklet gave instructions about the ways to work things and how everything goes down. The booklet said breakfast was at 8:15. The sign as pictured shows 8:30 breakfast but we were the second floor so we were assigned for 9:15. If i had not explored the night before i would have thought that breakfast was at 8:15. I guess it was just a typo. We had the air on before we slept and when we got up it was quiet cold inside but after 8 the cool air became warm air. I'm not sure if it had a setting or something but it changed on its own. Breakfast was great and the host was wonderful. She was upbeat in a customer service way. Loved the attitude she gave. She also gave great recommendations for what we could do in town. Our stay was short but it was nice.

Quaint and classy! Beacon Bed & Breakfast has beautiful atmosphere, furnishings, and excellent service. It was only a one night stay, surely one of many to come. Very peaceful, enjoyable inside or sitting outside.

The owner Danielle is lovely, her professionalism, disposition and hospitality is top notch! With making/ serving delicious homemade breakfast she was sure to educate guests on where each ingredient came from, happening to be all local farms or farmers markets. The guests were also classy! Simply impeccable! Thank you Danielle, may you flourish for years to come!
