The place is a very nice. They have outdoor patio area which is very nice. As far as customer service, it was terrible. For the amount of money we paid for the movies, you would think their customer service would be amazing. That was very disappointing.

We entered to watch a 4D movie which we needed our 3D glasses. I thought upon entering, the lady whom we showed our tickets to would have automatically given them to us. Clearly that didn’t happen. We had to back track and ask for the glasses? Serval people behind us were asking about the glasses as well and didn’t know we’re to get them from. That was a very important part of the movie and for us to have to ask about them, shouldn’t have happened. We had to direct the other people to go back to the desk and ask for them like we did. Which was insane .

Standing in line for food was the worse experience ever. We ordered snacks drinks and popcorn. The popcorn was so old, stale ,and cold. We asked for fresh popcorn and the girl had an attitude about it. Which really bothers me. Paying 100$ for tickets on top of another 40$ for snacks I would like FRESH everything ! I asked to speak to a Manager, which he came a few minutes later and he was very polite and said he would get everything done for us. We waited for the drink which took 20 mins. This whole situation and experience was just not good. Granted he did fixed the food issue, but this was just a little disappointing for this being my first time here.
Probably will not be going back here again.

My husband and I went yesterday and saw a movie on the Grand Screen. It was great and the theater was clean and they brought food to your seat. They even had sensory kits to rent for free for those who have sensory overload. It included headphones, sensory pop its and a heart shaped ice pack with little beads it in. Definitely going to go again.

I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service at B&B Theaters, and I felt compelled to share my positive experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism. Sage and Esther went above and beyond to ensure all of my concerns were addressed, making my visit not only seamless but truly enjoyable.
What stood out most to me was their patience and attentiveness. They took the time to listen to my questions and offered thoughtful, clear solutions without any rush. Their kindness made me feel valued as a customer, and I could tell they genuinely cared about providing excellent service.
This was my first time at B&B Theaters, and because of the exceptional experience I had, I will absolutely be returning in the future. This cinema offers a truly pleasant moviegoing experience. The cleanliness of the facilities creates a welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff members enhance the overall enjoyment. Ample parking adds convenience to the visit. The delicious popcorn elevates the classic cinema snack. I caught a late-night movie but felt safe in that location.

Great recliner seats! Very very comfortable that my parents fell asleep.

There is a long concession and ticket line, almost like an old school movie theater for check-in.

Food is great, yes it is expensive but the portion size is huge. I paid $17 for a massive burger, which ends up being $9 per person if you half it, so I ended up having no problem. Gladiator 2 was awesome and I’ll be taking my grandmother to this theater next week for Bonhoeffer.

Far cry from Alamo Draft House. I’ll sum it up.

1- half of the building isn’t even being used.

2- staff? Barely even talked to us upon entering. Didn’t explain anything to us such as where to go.

3- the place was filthy. The floors were so sticky I could barely walk. In the restrooms and in the theater room.

4- the light at our table was not working.

5- the screen we watched our movie on (room 8) appeared to be wrinkled? I’m not sure what was going on but it was very distracting and very noticeable on dark scenes, which was most of our movie.

6- they have one of those all in one coke machine with the buttons and mixers and all of that…half the options were out of order. 2 of the remaining options tasted horrible. After the 3rd try finally got a drink I didn’t want but was at least drinkable.

Only reason for going here for me? It’s 5 minutes from home and not crowded at all. I guess because the word is out that is not a very nice place to spend your money.

We had some time off so I took my daughter to see a movie this week. I’ve been here a couple of times since they reopened. When you arrive, they make you stand in the concession line in a back entrance at the bar area just to get your tickets scanned. If you don’t want snacks and you’re barely making it to your movie, be prepared to be late. There is a whole (kinda creepy) roped off entrance area that I suppose we’re to just look past, from when the previous theater company ran the building that is just sitting in the dark that would be better utilized for ticketing for a more streamlined customer service .
Our movie experience was ok. It could have been better. We were in theater 6 for our movie and there was an alarm that was continuously sounding off during the duration of the movie. I believe it was an exit door or something. It was very distracting for the quiet parts of the movie.
We loved coming to this location in the past and was excited about it reopening but so far it hasn’t really been the same experience. Hopefully they read the reviews and take some things into consideration to see how they can better serve their customers.
