I went in for a mani/pedi. Very professional and great customer service!!! Van did my pedi gel polish, such an amazing job, she was very polite. Andy did my dip powder mani with a chrome powder coating, and sad to say that I was disappointed… It seemed as if he was rushing through from start to finish.. I have little bubbles and lumps on certain nails.. he used his actual finger to smear the chrome on each nail… I will not be returning…

Came in to get my nails fixed from a different nail location. The staff is understanding and extremely patient and helpful. Kevin did a new set and they look amazing. My nails are the perfect shape for my short hands and are evenly matched.

This the nail salon I always use until today! Not sure what happened to Ivy prior to me getting there but she got mad when I asked for white tips and pink a French set! She glued all my nail beds down then ripped them up with the file. She turn my daughter and I day out into a torture session! Ive never had such a violent nail tech I'm 100 percent filing aganst ivory she was the worst nail tech ever!

Really love Thuy, Tina, and Hannah! They are absolutely amazing. Just as an example, the picture of the gold nails are some that I got from another nail salon, and the ones with the silver detail are ones Hannah did! B&B Nail Lounge never fails to surprise me with how well they do!

I went here when I was having a down day, it was time for a little self care! I had found a Facebook reel with these REALLY pretty nails and I just had to have them! I brought the picture in and asked if she could do something similar, but with different colors and my service provider was AMAZING. She did the nail art so well, showed me this new gel that has special sparkles that are super reflective, AND she took her time making sure that they were what I wanted. The shape is amazing and I’m in love. Thank you!
(Picture was not day of so excuse my cuticles, I’m a hairdresser so it’s not the spa’s fault that they are dry and cracked!)

I finally found time to try this salon. I wanted a relaxing pedicure. I found just that! I popped in on a Tuesday after work and got seated right away. I was provided the most excellent service! I was pampered by Tina. I will definitely be back to see her. She didn’t rush my time and did a great job!

Visit first day opening. Beautiful salon, very good lighting. The nail color selections are the best I've seen in pensacola. The pedicure chairs were the bomb. Go see Hannah she did the best mani/pedicure. Also see Emma for all your waxing needs, she did a great job. Can't wait till they get there lash services started.
