The best customer service I have ever received!!! The front desk lady (Alba) was so sweet and more than willing to help us with what ever we needed. Hotel rooms are very clean and spacious at a very reasonable cost. Came down here for a cruise and needed to stay a couple nights prior with my family. My sister had an issue with a separate stay and Alba was more than willing to help them get a room with no issues. Will stay at this hotel again if I ever book a cruise again 100%!!!

The service in this hotel is the best ever!!! Alba specifically went above and beyond. Our party was stranded without a hotel due to lack of transparency and communication on the original hotel we booked. We took a shot and went to this hotel and Alba settled our nerves instantly and check in was seamless. The whole experience with the staff here was more than amazing. I would return to this hotel just because of the amazing customer service provided.

Really liked this little place and how close it was to the airport. The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable and the staff was very nice. Wasn't a fan of the attached bottles of soap/shampoo/conditioner. But overall, it was good for an overnight stay.

Budget friendly, clean, close to Miami airport, and friendly hotel employees! Look no further because this is your hotel. I had an overnight layover in Miami and didn’t want to spend over $100 on a hotel. I had never heard of this hotel and decided to give it a try after reading reviews for other known hotels that were terrifying. This hotel exceeded expectations! They are doing a remodel so some of the rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators yet but It’s clean and IHOP is next-door and basic necessities are here. Remodel hours were posted from 8 AM to 6 PM. Jiselle greeted me with a warm smile, and when I left, she made sure I had everything I needed. I was given tea and a bottle of water to go while she was making a fresh pot of coffee. She even offered to call me a taxi cab.
She told me that they are planning on offering breakfast eventually, and as you can see, they are set up to do so. If I ever have a overnight layover again, I will definitely stay here!

Overall: it's ok, modern room, thin walls, no mini fridge or microwave.
Sufficient for a 1 night stay maximum.
3/5 stars given due to two reasons:
- no mini fridge or microwave
- poor service on check in.

My original booking was made for 1 king size room for 1 night. However, upon entering the room assigned to me, I noticed it was not clean as the bed was unmade (photo added), trash cans were full and the toilet was dirty. This did not meet the normal  standard of hygiene one can expect of a booked room at a hotel. Upon complaint to the front desk, we were reassigned to a room with 2 queen size beds which is different from our initial booking.

The condition of the first room has detracted from my experience at this hotel.

Este hotel tienen una pésima atención a cliente , debía viajar el jueves y debido un accidente que tuve de camino al aeropuerto perdí mi vuelo e inmediatamente intenté comunicarme con las personas del hotel y nunca me contestaron ni siquiera el correo electrónico que se suponía que tenían 24h para hacerlo , me comuniqué con la compañía la cual fue a través de ellos yo reservé en este hotel y ellos se negaron a la compañía a llegar a un acuerdo de reembolsar parte del dinero o cambiar mi fecha de hospedaje , simplemente perdí mi dinero al 100% sin ni siquiera a ver puesto un pie en sus instalaciones , entiendo que ellos tienen sus políticas y deben cobrar cargos incluso hasta un 50% pero no imaginé que se quedarían con todo el dinero aun sabiendo que no me brindaron ningún servicio . Así que ya saben ! La vida es impredecible no te hospedes en un hotel que se va a quedar todo tu dinero si de casualidad sufres algún accidente y no puedes viajar

I had a fantastic stay at the B&B Miami Airport! The value for money is outstanding, especially considering how close it is to the airport—it's perfect for travelers. The welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. A special thanks to Manager Alessandro and his team for their exceptional hospitality; they truly went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

For dinner, I highly recommend the Old Tom sports bar located right next door. It has a great ambiance and fantastic decor, making it a perfect spot to unwind. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Hotel localizado próximo ao aeroporto internacional de Miami, não tem quase nada perto, além de posto de combustível, lojas de conveniência e um Mc Donald e um Subway, então é bom comprar um lanchinho antes de se hospedar porque ao chegar no hotel não vai conseguir comprar mais nada por perto. Na frente do hotel até tem uma lanchonete que serve alguns tipos de panqueca e lanches mais pesados, mas para o café da manhã é melhor se preparar antes.

O quarto é espaçoso tem um grande espelho para as mulheres poderem se arrumar e no banheiro tem uma banheira e box para tomar banho, tem secador de cabelo também. Problemas: Pela proximidade do aeroporto o barulho dos pousos e descolagem dos aviões, além de um artigo condicionado antigo e muito barulhento quando entra em funcionamento.
