Aunt Martha’s BnB is an Amazing & lovely place!! The breakfasts were awesome! Our favorite was sitting in the rockers on the veranda enjoying the view sipping coffee. Beds were comfy too!! Several lovely & beautiful sitting rooms were available for lounging before heading to dinner!! Lots of choices for dining in Ft Walton. Recommend The Shack, Ali’s & Magnolia Grill !! All were excellent! |Aunt Martha’s offers so much! Stay & enjoy. You’ll be glad you did!! ?

This B and B is less B and B and more like a stately Southern Inn. We were so delighted by our experience there! This Inn is beautiful from top to bottom, spacious, incredibly peaceful and quiet. The common areas are plentiful, comfortable and inviting. There is a beautiful porch that is the perfect place for a quiet breakfast, relaxed reading time, or getting work done. My husband and I were both working remotely while we were there, and the WIFI was fast and worked perfectly, never a hitch. Martha’s breakfasts were always something to look forward to… French toast, a variety of different egg souffles throughout the week that were always delicious - some with prosciutto and parmesan, others on a bed of tasty cheese grits, or with potatoes and bacon; they were always delicious. The best treat though was her blueberry cobbler with fresh clotted cream; it was INCREDIBLE!||||Each room is private, spacious, decorated beautifully. The bed was very comfortable with fresh cotton sheets, ample pillows etc. Best of all from the bed we had a stunning view of the Sound. ||After exploring in the hectic environs of Fort Walton and Destin it was always sooo nice to come home to the peacefulness of Martha’s. All of our interactions throughout the week with Martha and her son Bill were welcoming and helpful. If we needed anything, they were there to answer questions, but also we were given our privacy, which for us is the perfect balance. I know that most of Martha’s guests are repeat customers and I can sure understand why. We will definitely be back; and I may bring my sisters for a girls’ trip next time. It’d be perfect for that, but it’s perfect for any type of visit, actually.|||| Thank you, Martha!

Coming from Texas the last thing we wanted was an uncomfortable hotel boring room. We needed something last minute and came across this amazing beautiful home! This amazing place gives it such character. Every detail was so beautiful. It felt like home. The staff was so amazing, nice and very welcoming to me and my family. I 100000% recommend this place to stay at. The beautiful view of the water was my most favorite. Very relaxing with a cup of coffee and great company. I will be definitely recommending my friends and family. Thank you so much for helping us arrange my aunts proposal here. From great hospitality to comfortability to paradise.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Ft Walton Beach and using reviews from Trip Advisor, we selected Aunt Martha’s B&B. Wow, we were blown away with our very comfortable stay. First, check-in: we found an information paper with our name on it taped to the inside of the front door directing us to our room. The following morning at breakfast, we asked if we needed to sign anything; we were advised to just relax, enjoy our stay, and check out when we depart. Next, breakfast: breakfast is served at 9am during the week and on Sat and 10am on Sun. Breakfast, which is huge, is served family style in serving trays and bowls and you serve yourself. Rooms: there are only five rooms available so call ahead as she is often full. The rooms are extremely comfortable, both of us got the best sleep staying there. The rooms are extremely quiet as well. The rooms are located on the second floor so if one had issues with stairs, this could be an issue although the stairs are very wide. Bottom line: we highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay again!

Places to visit and stay are astronomical in pricetag lately especially in this area, Destin is just abounding in growth. Yet...
Do you feel; welcomed, transported to southern charm, elegant veiws, exclusive luxury all by walking into your condo? I doubt it...most places do not even touch this pearl of warmth.

Stay here, spend your hard earned money on historical elegance and keep something that's a pioneering effort of individual skills and love of others afloat. This is carved out of American values and hard work and daily intent to give to those in need of a vacation a bit more, a bit other, the French call it "unknown something" I cannot spell french well, so I just mumble it.

I made notes. Because I want one of these "a bed n breakfast", a place to welcome friends also a place where I want to meet the people who are staying there too.

Beautiful private girlfriend get away, wonderful business retreat, couple on honeymoon/romantic holiday.
Better service and less traffic the a hotel, incredible surroundings, very attractive location. Don't ignore this elegant little corner of the Emerald Coast.
Breakfast fair is light and you can handpick a variety of sweet or savory dishes.
Coffee service also.

Five beaches within 10 minutes/2 miles.
Best restaurants within 6 miles, solitude in the tourist area without the drive.

I think girl friends would pour a margarita on the porch and talk about life's achievements and problems, husbands would say those incredible things wives adore, while wives would giggle at those strong powerful loving men they decided to stand next to for life. Come in, sit awhile.
I stayed in the middle of June, it was like a Faulkner novel with a better ending.

The bay is beautiful, the herons are friends, and the landscape is skillfully wrapped around this hone like a final touch of natural glory.

Comfortable rooms and a wonderful breakfast make for a really nice stay in Fort Walton. The house is right on the bay and there is a great area for kids to swim and jump off the dock. Well located and easy to drive to the beach if you want to go! Very comfortable house with a beautiful downstairs, perfect for reading or playing games and a huge deck across the back. Aunt Martha is wonderful, you will enjoy your stay here.

Centrally located in Downtown Fort Walton Beach; Waterfront to Santa Rosa Sound; Minutes drive to all Fort Walton / Destin attractions; Easy walking distance to several good restaurants.
