Please don’t get insurance from this company. I was paying them. All special price. I specifically told them I had a pool. Nothing is covered. After u pull up property address. It specific tell u everything. Rude customer service. Spoke to John. Over talk. Try to sell u for extra amount to add on. ESP I told them I have pool.
I highly recommend don’t go with this company.
Falsify their customer. Lie to sell

ARW Home Warranty is more interested in outcomes that benefit their company and not their customer. They don’t mind inconveniencing you, making you wait weeks for a technician to show up, and then weeks longer for an outcome.

I do not recommend this company.
I will be choosing a new home warranty service.
Also, reading their other reviews, puts the whole thing into perspective. The common theme is put the customer last.

This company is the worst!!! Every time I call, I get the run around saying the claim is in review. I asked to speak with a supervisor the young lady informed me that she could not give me that information. I feel like they are scamming me. Filed a claim it took forever for the repair company to come out. They finally come out a week later and tell me that My refrigerator could not be repaired. It has been a month and still have not received the funds to get another Refrigerator. They make sure they get a payment each month. ARW you all have to do better!!!!!

Terrible experience with ARW Home Warranty.

I put a claim in October for my leaking refrigerator.
ARW Sent a technician to my house which took several weeks. The technician missed major breakdowns in my refrigerator. Which also set us back weeks.

The refrigerator has gotten worse, and my family and I have Been living with this broken refrigerator for almost 3 months.

ARW should have replaced the refrigerator from the beginning. Very disappointed with the service, the technician and the outcome.

Initially, I had a problem with my dishwasher, water leaking inside the dishwashing machine. I had to call ARW to check it. But it took three weeks for the technician to visit my home. After all, the technician stated that my garbage disposal might have a problem instead of the dishwasher. So, the technician said he had to get permission from the manager. However, no one has responded, and even two weeks have passed. I had paid a premium of over $1,000 for a little over the year, but I didn't get a fare coverage. Please be aware of this company's exaggerated coverage advertising!

Horrible Service, Lack of Communication Claim Delay & Bad Faith Action. My parents filed a claim for their broken AC on October 6 here it is November 7. We have yet to receive an estimate or a plan of repair every time we call customer service they are waiting on an update. A contractor came out on October 7 and that is the only action that was taking towards resolving this claim. The AC is dripping water, which has collected in the surrounding area Causing extensive mold which my family is breathing in 24 /7. Several of my family members are now experiencing headache and nausea due to mold contaminating the air. We have been a Loyal paid customer since 2022. We will not be renewing our warranty contract due to bad faith. ARW have not held up their end of the contract. We pay yearly for coverage and now that we are in need, we are being neglected. I am disgusted with the treatment from American residential warranty, which is issued in administered by AIG Warranty Services Of Florida Inc..
