Quaint historic home, converted to a comfortable Bed and Breakfast, with great staff and friendly service. Room was spotless and well appointed, linens were clean, fluffy, and soft, breakfast cooked to order, plenty of coffee, juice, and other options available. A short walk to the historic downtown in Arcadia, or a number of restaurants, taverns, and other establishments.

My husband and I stayed in this 100-year-old bed-and-breakfast in the middle of April. Raven our hostess was the breath of fresh air. The rooms were clean. The breakfast in the next morning was homemade really good food and it was just a very pleasant place to stay. I love the way they kept the historic theme. Arcadia is a very small town in Florida it seems to be undergoing a Renaissance, I’m so glad they’re paying attention to keeping it to the historic era lot of antiquing in this area.

We recently stayed here and had a wonderful time! The house was immaculate, the beds were so comfortable, and the hosts were as sweet as can be. We had the two bedrooms upstairs and were surprised at how nicely decorated everything was. It was a full house, and yet it was still pleasantly quiet. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. They offer hot breakfast and healthy options as well. We had avocado toast, eggs, hashbrowns, yogurt, and just a whole lineup of different things. They even have a very private cottage on the property to stay in! Everything there was aesthetically pleasing, and i loved that the doorknobs were like little diamonds. They were very accommodating to us, and let us check in early. Very down to earth people, and if you're wondering, yes, they are kid friendly! We will be back!

What a fantastic stay! Kerry and Raven were so welcoming that we felt like we were staying with family. The home is gorgeous. We stayed in the downstairs Florida Suite. It was so elegant and spacious, and very comfortable! The home itself just feels peaceful. Kerry cooked a hot breakfast for us, and it was so good! There was a big variety of breakfast food to choose from. We were in Arcadia to look for fossils in the Peace River. This will be our go-to place to stay when we come back! Thank you, Kerry and Raven!

Our extended Family very happily chose to stay in the beautiful, Historic Craftsman Arcadia Bed & Breakfast for our most recent trip to Florida - and we are overjoyed that we did! It is so well kept, lovingly restored, extremely comfortable beds and linens and the magnificent mahogany vanities in the bathrooms looked like they were all priceless antiques! We especially loved the downstairs Suite as well as all of the lovely themed bedrooms - my favorites were the "Bird" & "French" Room, both with King-Size Beds and spacious, well decorated surroundings!

We were looking forward to spending time in and around Historic Downtown Arcadia and this stunning Home with it's great location was absolutely perfect on it's quintessential tree-lined street!

The entire area is actively revitalizing into a vibrant community and a lot of new business in and around town have opened, with very friendly people everywhere - which was also a joy to experience and explore!

The home was cozy, very light and bright as well as very inviting and we enjoyed our delicious Breakfast in the stately and elegant Dining Room while we planned our day! Raven is the manager of this precious gem and she made our wonderful experience even better with her knowledge & guidance about Arcadia as well as her welcoming kindness!

I would highly recommend this spectacular home to anyone who wants to have an amazing, comfortable and special expereince anywhere in or around Arcadia!

It was OK. I enjoyed my stay. Raven was very welcoming, kind and interesting to chat with. I wish there was more information about the house, area and things to do. I was disappointed I missed the rodeo parade going on just down the street. The house and rooms are comfortable. Since first impressions set the tone, I'd pick up the trash in the front yard parking lot. In the Garden Room a large window in the bathroom overlooking the backyards has no curtain or shade while a half boarded up window above the TV does. There were two pillows in decorative shams on the bed but none with plain sheet pillow cases. Coffee and sugary sweets are served at a Continental breakfast only. The location between busy Oak and Magnolia Streets, combined with the original windows, allows for street noise to flow in.

What a gem! This Bed and Breakfast is unique and beautiful. The host was outstanding and welcoming from the time we walked in through our entire stay. Very, very clean. Great location. We are looking forward to returning during our next visit to Arcadia.
