This Villa was not properly prepared and cleaned thoroughly when my family arrived. There were MANY spiders, cobwebs and thick layers of dust through the entire interior of the property. Ant infestation outside the property venturing their way indoors. As if the property was abandoned for years, then rented without a care to the health and safety of families that will be living there. Massive disappointment across the board, I will never recommend anyone to stay here. Please, avoid this Villa and look for better options.....

Unfortunately, our family had a very bad experience at this property. Since the day we arrived, we daily encountered problems that we had to deal with and ruined our vacation: the villa was obviously neglected before we arrived: ants infestation, spiders and spider webs in all rooms, so our kids could not play on the floor, all windows had tons of dirt and spiders when opened. A lot of bugs and mosquitos in the house. No basics in the villa (not even toilet paper). Appliances were old or broken, fridge was broken, replacement fridge given also did not work, and our food went bad; bathtub clogged, the only shower in the house is very small. Privacy violation by the host and maintenance man: several times showed up unannounced, so we did not feel comfortable. Was not responsive through messaging, had to wait for hours for issues resolution. In general, the hostess was not competent in resolving issues and disrespectful. The power went out several times and we were refused access to the power box, and were forced to be without fans/AC in the heat wave, us and little children could not sleep at night due to this. Would not recommend, avoid.
