Struttura molto carina, la camera era molto curata, aveva anche un soggiorno con caminetto, personale molto gentile ed una bella vista sulla baia. La colazione viene servita nel ristorante adiacente dove non c'è possibilità di colazione continentale (nemmeno del semplice pane tostato). Questo impedisce secondo me il massimo del punteggio.

We stayed here in 2023 as a newly engaged couple and still have fond memories of our visit. The amenities were amazing, the location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Our experience here has even become a point of reference for us, as we compare other B&Bs to the exceptional level of service and amenities we enjoyed here.

We recently stayed at the Baywood Inn under the challenging circumstance of a family bereavement. Despite arriving late at night when the reception was closed, the self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

Our room was clean, tidy, and exceptionally spacious. The comfortable beds provided much-needed rest, and the kitchenette was a convenient feature that allowed us to prepare light meals. The fireplace added a cozy touch, making the room feel warm and inviting.

In the morning, we were pleased to find that breakfast was included. The meal was delicious and offered a good start to our day. Although our visit was brief and under somber conditions, the Baywood Inn provided a peaceful and comfortable retreat that we deeply appreciated.

We highly recommend the Baywood Inn to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Their attention to detail and comforting amenities made a significant difference during our difficult time. We look forward to returning under happier circumstances.

I don’t give 5’s so a 4 is my high praise.|2 nights in the Kensington and 1 night in the Briar Rose.|Staff and check-in very good. Access to the lobby allows crabbing a water, towels, snack all free. Breakfast next door is great-omelette and pancakes. Both rooms clean, spacious and warm.|Kensington bed is so comfy. Room is next to the lobby and you might here if someone passes through it at night|Briar Rose is a bit smaller but the sitting and fireplace with a view is worth it.|It’s my hotel for the next trip to Los Osos/ Baywood.

Perfect location for a night in Morro Bay, walking distant to free breakfast at the coffee place across the street, Thai restaurant for take out dinner, and also a Mexican place next door. Front desk was very nice and we also had a nice complimentary glass of wine upon arrival. We loved the sea view from the big windows and the spacious 2 rooms apartament with mid-century decorations. We didn't love the outdated furniture and the thin walls.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, great location, great view of the south end of Morro Bay. The rooms are quaint and comfortable. Gas fireplace in room was nice and the gas firepits outside were great to sit by to watch the world go by. Breakfast was great with a lot of good choices and cooked to order. Lots of nice little amenities included without charge. Highly recommended!

Best dog-friendly place ever. Loved that my pups were treated with love and respect. Hotel is very generous with goodies. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Special thank you to Gavin (for kindness during reservation process) and Curtis (for quick response to any issues and wonderful suggestions). Only negative: noise from above units. Walls and ceiling are thin.

This location is a beautiful bay-front property with access to viewing the local wildlife. In the evenings, we like to enjoy the firepits' zen atmosphere with our wine and snacks.

This Inn is just as the other reviews described: clean, cozy, convenient, & a great service team! The pictures are accurate, so you can choose from the older yet quaint rooms, or the more updated modern ones.

FREE breakfast until 10am, and you can choose from the water-front deli across the street or the Mexican restaurant next door. Both are excellent, with very tasty items on the menu--so it really depends on your feel for the day.

Lastly, they have furry family-friendly rooms! This is why we keep coming back every year!
