Wir waren im Appartment Napoli für 1 Woche im Oktober 2024. Zu dieser Jahreszeit können wir es absolut empfehlen, wer gerne Wanderung und Wellness haben möchte und eine schöne Unterkunft!

Zuerst möchten wir uns bei Marco bedanken, der einen super Job macht. Er hat uns herzlich begrüßt, die Anlage in Ruhe gezeigt, Tipps für tolle Wanderung gegeben und falls eine Frage war, hat er diese in kurzer Zeit per whatsapp beantwortet. Danke dir Marco!

Zu dem Zimmer:
Der Ausblick ist wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Einfach ein Traum! Jedes Mal, wenn man den Wohnraum betreten hat, ein absolutes Highlight aufgrund des Ausblicks!
Sonst war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber!
Den Sauna und Poolbereich konnten wir super nutzen.

Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen!!!

This place is magical! Absolutely stunning views.. Beautiful, modern apartment, great furnishing and great hospitality! The kitchen is perfect so much so that, you would wanna cook and eat looking at the beautiful views! The apartment has everything and along with us, our baby enjoyed it too! Marco is a fantastic person and is very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure, your stay is perfect. We used the spa too and that is an incredible perk. It does feel expensive but once you are in the apartment, you see value for money! When I come back, I will choose this property again..

Cette résidence est exceptionnelle!
La vue de l’appartement sur le lac de Côme est encore plus belle que sur les photos.
La résidence ne comportant que 8 appartements, elle est très calme et la piscine est peu fréquentée ce qui la rend encore plus agréable. Sa température est au top.
Au niveau logistique, tout est fait pour que vous passiez un très bon séjour. Marco, le responsable de la résidence, est présent en cas de besoin et est très avenant. Les savons, shampoings, torchons, serviettes de bain et de piscine sont fournis. Et même un cadeau de bienvenue.
Les appartements sont très fonctionnels avec beaucoup de rangements et une cuisine très bien équipée (four et cafetière Nespresso notamment).
La résidence est bien située avec des commerces à proximité.
Seul petit bémol, la borne de recharge pour véhicules électriques de la résidence ne délivre que 1kW/h. Par contre, deux bornes 22kW sont disponibles à 7 minutes à pied.
Un grand merci pour ce merveilleux séjour dans votre très belle région.

Az apartmanból kiváló a kilátás a tóra és a környező hegyekre. A lakás mindennel fel van szerelve, a terasz mérete nagyszerű. A wellnes részleg nagyon szép és a gyerekek számára is jó kikapcsolódás. A wellnesben kávé és tea áll rendelkezésre a vendégek számára. Marco nagyon segítőkész és barátságos mindent elmagyarázott. A fútés a klímával van megoldva, de bőven elegendő nem is igazán használtuk.

This place was amazing and just what we needed at this point in our trip. We stayed for 4 nights in July 2024. With 2 adults and 2 kids (10, 14).

I have only one little suggestion for them. With all the amenities provided, it would have been nice to have dish soap and a sponge for the kitchen. Also we ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher pods. We didn’t ask for more so they may have provided them if we had asked.
