This place is something between a bed and breakfast and a hostel kind of place with private rooms. A big part of the house is for use of the guests, like the livingroom, the kitchen to prepare berakfast (with bagels and creamcheese, self-service), the garden with bbq). This adds to the homey and sociable atmosphere.||Erin, the owner, takes really good care of her house and the patio, which is a nice spot to sit back and relax for a while. She treats you very hospitable and kind and helps where ever she can.||Our room (Stillwater) was cosy and had a ensuite bathroom.||The house is set in a quiet part of Moab, a little out of town. It's perfectly situated to visit beautiful Arches NP and great Canyonlands NP.||It's not a really cheap to stay, but we had a very relaxing time here.

Erin is a delightful hostess. She made excellent recommendations for recreational activities and which companies to seek for equipment rental and guiding tours. The Launchpad was clean and quiet. We stayed for a week and never wanted for anything. We would be happy to stay there again.

This B&B is so beautiful & awesome! So comfy & Erin made us feel at home. She was barely around, which we liked, as we didn't feel like we were in each others way. Very accommodating, clean, with a gorgeous patio for relaxing outside. Would definitely return & recommend to others.

Erin was fantastic. Extremely cordial and made you feel at home. We came and went when we pleased and was very helpful in recommending places to eat. Was willing to spend time with us to visit when she could. She was very busy maintaining her B&B to be sure that the next guests would have the same experience we did, an awesome one!!!

We spent a night at a shared bathroom room because the price was good. The house is stunning, with beautiful potted plants everywhere and a pretty patio in the back. Breakfast is very minimal but as advertised on the website, so it was OK. However, it is fairly strange that the owner lives in the same house but you don't see her at all! There are little notes with her rules and messages everywhere, including when to let the dog in and out (which we did several times) but no one to talk to when the other guests left us with no orange juice in the morning or when our bedside lamp did not work. You have a creepy feeling that you're in someone else's house without their presence. So if you're into this airbnb experience - this is the place for you.

Actually it's more of a hostel with private bedrooms than a B & B. Some may call the decor "retro" but I think a more accurate term is outdated. The whole place is in need of a good cleaning, the first thing we noticed on our arrival was the funny smell. Do not expect air conditioning, this was especially inconvenient because on two of the nights we stayed a skunk sprayed right outside our window. Definately a self serve experience including breakfast.

Erin was a beautiful host. She communicated daily and was always around doing cute things around the Launch Pad. She has a fascinating places

My only regret was not being able to be in the Launch Pad longer. Such a quick distance to Arches and Canyonlands.

Thanks for letting me stay! I hope to be back someday!

If you want a real fun "retro" place - this is the one for you. It is pretty minimalist and be prepared to "help yourself". There are very few perks and the breakfasts are "spartan" to put it mildly. Be sure to do your own dishes and follow the plethora of little notes about what and what not to do. The owner obviously wants this place to be "self-sustaining" with very little "hands-on". It's ok for a town where everythings is extremely over-priced and touristy. The deaf dog was a bit much.
