An experience like no other. |My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay because we’ve been there twice and are already planning a third visit. The owners of this villa could rest on the beautiful views and comfortable bedding alone to make your stay worth it but they go so much further. Hospitality is clearly in the blood of both of the proprietors, Wills and Kath. They greet you when you first arrive and they sit with you during wine and cheese hour genuinely talking to you. They provide small touches like daily breakfast menus, cloths to dust off shoes (because wine country is very dusty), and expansive selection of tea bags available to you. The breakfasts and cheese boards are carefully curated and delicious. The chef clearly displays his passion for food when he explains it all to you. Definitely agree with other reviewers when they say to opt for a night in with dinner by Chef Wills (we’ve done both our elopement night and a birthday dinner that were spectacular). I especially enjoyed leisurely breakfast on the back patio area just watching all of the birds. If you need a relaxing recharge for couples, this is the place to go.

This is a fantastic place to stay. We really enjoyed our time here. The views are amazing, and the personalized service was outstanding. The breakfasts were great as well. We will definitely stay again on our next trip. Highly recommend!

We have just returned home from our third visit to The Canyon Villa. Each stay has rivaled the one before. The owner/hosts Chef Wills and Kath are gracious and consistently offer their guests luxurious and immaculate accommodations, impeccable service and five-star cuisine.| |Upon arrival you are warmly greeted and escorted to your room by Kath. You immediately feel welcome and ready to enjoy your stay in their beautiful Villa. We highly recommend arriving in time for the daily wine hour (5:30-6:30). Kath serves wine (a red and a white usually curated from one or more of Paso's numerous wineries) and Chef Wills presents his charcuterie board which features many of his own creations (his house made crackers are other worldly) and cheeses and cured meats that are often imported. It is truly a foodies delight in presentation, flavors and creativity. ||Equally wonderful are the breakfasts. Once again Chef Wills offers delectable dishes which often feature local farmer’s market ingredients.||Even though there are many excellent restaurant choices for dinner in Paso we encourage you to stay in one evening and request Chef Wills’ private four course dinner. This was our third time experiencing his culinary magic and it rivaled Michelin Star quality. ||So let your imagination go and The Canyon Villa's architecture, furnishings and landscaping along with its vineyard views and the gracious hospitality of Wills and Kath will transport you to Tuscany in the blink of an eye. My wife and I just returned from four nights in Paso and the Canyon Villas exceeded all of our expectations!! |Wills and Kath were fantastic.|Wills recommendations of which wineries we should visit were spot on!!|And the meals were amazing. I am not someone who ever takes pictures of my food, but I didn’t even want to eat so as not to mess up his presentation. Haha. |The views were really great, and the personal touches were noticeable.|Everything was beyond our expectations and Wills and Kath were honestly the best part of the stay.|We will definitely stay there on our next trip. 👍👍

What a great place to spend a few days in Paso’s wine country! The villa is lavishly comfortable, and Innkeepers Wills and Kat are so welcoming that you instantly feel at home. The daily wine hour is a grand way to start an evening with Kat pouring wine and Wills preparing delicious charcuterie boards. The Sunday Supper is a great tradition, and should not be missed. We also enjoyed a private dinner on our arrival day that was extraordinary. The Villa seems quite remote, yet it's only a few minutes to downtown Paso. Truly an exceptional place to unwind and feel pampered.

The personal attention lavished upon us from the moment we arrived at the Canyon Villa was excellent. The property is gorgeous and meticulously maintained. The rooms are lovely. What makes it extra special is the delicious cuisine developed by chef/owner Wills, who makes delicious breakfasts each morning and the service provided by his wife Katherine. We opted for a Valentine's dinner prepared by him and it was an evening that we will long remember! No children, no pets and no TVs make for a quiet, relaxing respite after busy days in the Paso Robles countryside.

The Canyon Villa is an extraordinary immersive experience! It's the best-of-the-best in Paso Robles, and in my opinion, the entire California wine country. Everything is amazing...the rooms, the living areas, and the cuisine/wine pairings are all very tastefully done. Wills is a culinary artist and Kath is a master at making you feel special. Everything they do is so thoughtful. It starts as soon as you wind up Kiler Canyon Road through the wineries and drive past their gate, up the hill to their Villa. It just gets better once you're inside and stay for a few days. Wills and Kath....thank you for a truly wonderful wine country experience!

We’ve had a wonderful time with Kath and Wills and their home and property are beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Location is close to downtown and the views are great. Wills is a great chef and we really enjoyed his delicious food. Definitely a luxury B&B!
