5/3/24 room 1. Top of stairs on the right. Got a text with information on accessing room via keypad so that was a breeze. I texted back with question but didn’t get an answer. Didn’t bother to try again. Large room with 3 beds. Room was not very clean. Lots of webs on the ceiling and some dust on the sills and shelves. Bedding was ok. Sheets and towels were clean but towels were thin. Shower and WC was dirty but not filthy. Most surfaces seemed to be clean. Breakfast was a bagel, box of cereal, and a glass of juice. WARNING: Door do not lock from inside!!!. That was a big issue for me. Was able to drag a bed to block the door. At night room mostly quiet. Close to the park, East access to bus and conveniences. Overall not bad for $100 but likely wouldn’t stay again. Better value can be found in the city.

Check in was super easy, and the host was very responsive to questions and concerns. Rooms and amenities are exactly like the website. We missed breakfast to participate in a race and they just put it in our fridge for us to enjoy later, and it made a fantastic lunch. I would definitely recommend this place and we're already talking about staying here again next year!

Check-in was super easy. Shared bathroom was not a problem either - pretty clean. Breakfast was a nice surprise. Definitely the best price to value in town

I'm usually a 4/5 star guy, but this place was too great not to give full props to. We casually mentioned that we have a baby before our stay and they had a highchair ready for us when we showed up to the room just in case we needed it. We also left too early for breakfast but they prepared some for us the night before so we could have it early the next morning. The pillows and beds were comfy and they had some curtains up so our baby could sleep in a darker place with less chance of us interrupting. Also very convenient to the park and the beach. Great location, great service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay overnight in SFO.

Everything so well thought out and simple. Location is excellent both for UCSF and also a wide array of restaurants. Bed for me was extremely comfortable (I'm pretty choosy - I have a Talalay latex mattress at home). Management very receptive, helpful, and even texted me that I left a flashlight in the room.

I was a last minute addition, but the owner made it possible to enter when my exhausted butt needed to. Clean and quaint space, very close to the N Judah rail line to the beach and downtown, just a few blocks to Golden Gate Park & it’s attractions, free to park in the neighborhood, and quieter than most SF areas. Got entry and lodging details, rapidly.

Der Gastgeber informiert im Vorfeld und man kann die Türen mit seinen Pincodes öffnen. Parken kann etwas schwierig sein, kommt auf die Uhrzeit an (wenn alle arbeiten sind, sind Parkplätze frei, Nachmittags ist alles besetzt). Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Der Gastgeber stellt sogar Netflix zur Verfügung. Im Zimmer gibt es Kühlschrank, Microwelle, Wasserspender, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. WC und Dusche befinden sich als Gemeinschaftsbad im Flur. Frühstück wird morgens vor die Tür gestellt und war viel und lecker. Mehr Nutella und es wäre perfekt ? wir würden wieder kommen.

Very clean bed and breakfast in a perfect location. Owner was always helpful and replied promptly. A few things to note:
- shared bathroom
- no reception (entrance to building and room is by PIN)
