Everything about our stay was wonderful. We booked direct by calling, avoiding booking fees. Derek was so welcoming, gave us a quick tour and instructions for the spa, outdoor TV, fire top table, continental breakfast, and our room. A window AC with remote made the room very comfortable and we saw an electric radiator for colder nights. The bathroom was elevated, clawfoot tub and shower, bath salts, make up wipes, qtips and cotton and other bath products. The beds was so comfortable, as were the pillows. We never heard the host. Great location to walk downtown, a nice safe, historic Victorian neighborhood. A lively porch to also enjoy. Would Definitely stay again.

This was just a wonderful experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Our bath had a claw foot tub and they even thought of LED candles. They have a deck with a jacuzzi, propane fire pit and tv to enjoy. Just a short walk to the beautiful town. The owners are so friendly. A must if you stay in town.

This is best place my wife and I have stayed. Derek is the best host of a wonderful bed and breakfast. The house was an antique museum with comfort and class. From the first step through the door it felt like a home away from home. This was the most welcoming bed and breakfast we have had the pleasure of staying in. My wife loved the claw tub and the shower was always hot and enjoyable. The lady of the house was so sweet. My wife and I were there for our anniversary. I woke early and asked if I could surprise my wife with breakfast in bed. I asked if I could make it, they insisted that they would do it for us. The food was amazing and definitely gained me brownie points with my wife. The jacuzzi was wonderful, it was clean and at a perfect temp. The back porch was so relaxing in the morning to drink your coffee and watch sportscenter. The rooms are living art and we both slept so well in the comfortable bed and really enjoyed the cleanliness of the whole house. We are already planning our next trip in the near future. Thank you guys for making our anniversary weekend as special as it was.

We have stayed here multiple times. The hosts are great and are very accommodating. They offer two rooms only so book early. New off street parking right behind the house is convenient. Located just a short walk to many local restaurants and coffee shops. We rarely drive when we are in town.

Derek was very kind and this BnB is in a great location! We walked around downtown all weekend and enjoyed relaxing on the back patio watching tv. Looking forward to staying again next time. Thanks Derek!

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Has a nice selection of snacks, coffee, tea, and continental breakfast items (dairy free creamer). Bed was very comfortable! Bathroom had extras in case you forgot an item. Movie selection to wind down in evening was great. Restaurants and shopping, within walking distance.
Derek was a wonderful host and your historical bed and breakfast was fun and interesting.

Derek and his wife were perfect hosts! Having lived in this house 27 years ago made this even more special to come back as a guest. The house is adorable and so comfy! Bed was super nice. Park your car and walk to everything in town! Stores, restaurants, antiques, hot springs pool. This B&B is a gem and we definitely plan on a return trip. Definitely five stars for us!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this BnB. One of the best we’ve stayed at in years. Hospitality was excellent, home is walking distance to downtown, and the home has a historic vibe that we really enjoyed. Even though the home was historic, it was completed with contemporary features like nice air conditioning units, nice tv’s, hot tub, etc. we found the beds to be comfy and the breakfast muffins and cookies delicious. We enjoyed taking the bikes they offered downtown and did some window shopping. Glenwood Springs is a really neat town. Took the gondola up to the top of Iron Mountain and explored two caves. Would recommend this place and we plan to be back.
