No support. If you get scammed as a host, you're on your own. No vetting of renters, no verification, no help at all. Don't use this site. As bad as airbnb is, at least there's a booking process. This site has zero support for the property renters.

Friends gifted me with a your gift card. The card has been virtually unusable. Bnbfinder lists many fine bnb locations. However, I have yet to find a participating location in many areas of travel interest. I would imagine that, before purchasing the card, my friends looked at your website. It would have been misleading for them to see the many wonderful properties listed thereon because it is natural for one would to assume that all listed sites accept your card. How would a purchaser know that, to find a participating site, he/she needs to apply the search filter -- "accepts gift cards"? You are not presenting your product/service in a way that is transparent to consumers.
It should be made clear on your website that not all listed properties will accept your card. (Note: I assess bnbfinder 1 star only because I cannot post my review otherwise.)

What I really like about bnbfinder is that you’re able to find properties (similarly to other vacation rental sites), but the key difference is you can connect with the property owner beforehand to book direct - therefore avoiding all the extra fees.

It’s pretty simple, you just search for a destination, find a listing you’re interested in then visit the property’s page to book directly.

Definitely going to use this more in the future!

bnbfinder saves travelers money by allowing them to book a stay directly with property owners. It's really cool! You won't incur arbitrary fees like you do with Airbnb. Highly recommend!
