A really lovely apartment complex. Management has been very communicative and kind. Lajoy is a treat to talk to and a part of the reason I love this place. The community has been very sweet and the yard/campus/lawn space between the units makes it feel a lot more comfortable than many other places in this area.

I stayed this long because of the property manager LaJoy. Very personable and caring. She’s more than a landlord. She’s valued by many of the residents. the old management company was amazing! I will miss it. The Maintenance team is amazing as well. The community is quiet and everyone minds their business

Where do I began, Lajoy the office management is an absolute angel very professional truly helped my friend feel comfortable with her move in process. Lajoy was not only helpful but very informative and was able to answer any question we had. Wish it was more stars I could give LaJoy on her professionalism. 10 out of 10 for me, and she absolutely lover her new home!!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HEREEEEE!!!!!!! they have mold , which they told me to spray with bleach and repainted over the mold, as well as in the apartments has severe water damage and they don’t fix or clean anything and my lease was not renewed because of their negligence/ repairs . Beware new owners this is a slum place , plumbing issues , mice infestation. New owners you asked what’s the worst part about this property, The answer is the staff get people who care about the residents homes , verses. The Community center is the only property that has been renovated . Get people who care and renovate the property, our doors are so old , secure is the last thing it provides!!!

I like the apartment because it’s spacious and neighborhood is calm and clean. It’s 5minutes away from reisterstown Plazza(car) and 15min walking. The only thing I don’t like about this community is the maintenance. It’s slow and you have to call 2-3 times the office before the maintenance agent arrives, and it may take 2-4weeks to have theproblem fixed. For instance, They have never cleaned or changed the heat filters for 2 years. I called 2 times, but nobody came.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The rent looks good trust me but it’s not worth it!!!!!!!!! There’s only one “property manager” if that’s what you want to call her on site and she is NEVER THERE. Or making excuses or why she didn’t return your phone calls or emails! Got my application fee but never processed my application this place is a joke! Very frustrating because it had everything I was looking for but the unprofesionalism is Undesireable. And to think she treated me this way BEFORE I signed the dotted line HA

My experience of living there was the availability of renting to seniors and people with disabilities, they don't have any accessibility for these people. there's not enough off street parking the only place to park your vehicle is on a major street where traffic can be extremely dangerous mostly because of speeding traffic.

I must say Samester's management has a very strong staff. Prime example when Covid was in full affect management keep there tenants informed with options and various programs to get through a stressful time. I am thankful!!
