The staff there, every one of them, are fantastic! Very friendly and attentive. Especially Courtney who took the time to look for my son’s lost toy car in our room after our stay. The entire cleaning staff searched for it as well. Our room was cleaned and organized to perfection and the breakfast was also a nice touch! They also had coffee on very early in the morning for people like me. The pool was also very clean. All of that and while they are remodeling too!

Of all the hotels I have been at in the past 6months this one by far has been the cleanest and with the most friendly staff.

I was greeted when I arrived and given my room well before checking so I could get to my work site early.

Poll is outside but has to be the largest area I have seen thus far.

Talking with staff it looks like this location is sold out most of the time so book well in advance.

They do have a breakfast bar it’s ok not the best I have seen at other Marriott locations. But it gets the job done.

Quiet, clean and the staff is friendly. I have stayed here 30 days so far and like it. I wish the breakfast would change up a little. I'd like to see bacon added to the breakfast.

The room was nice and big, the bed was pretty comfy, but the heating/ cooling system made for the worst night sleep of our trip. It was noisy, much like hearing an airplane land next door. When it was on, we were freezing. When it was off, we were too hot. Thankfully we had early morning meetings and had no expectation that we would sleep in. Oh, and the bag breakfasts...I’m wondering if the purchasing manager ever actually tasted some of those plastic wrapped things. Wow.|But other than that, the front desk person was very nice and the parking lot was lovely.

The place is nice and super clean but the bathroom shower is super slippery. Both me and my son slipped and fell in the showers. (Two separate showers btw. )

The front desk staff is polite and courteous. The location is good if you need to be in the north Phoenix area and have a vehicle that is in good working condition.

There is a supercenter store about a ten minute walk from the hotel, but across a fairly busy road, a decent pizza place, a fast food place, a bank, but little else within easy walking distance.

We have stayed several times, most recently, a couple years ago.

I am disappointed that my review has disappeared, so I am leaving one again.

The size of this hotel, and its rooms, off Whispering Winds Drive, is good.
There is the option to get a Queen suite, with the kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and a dining table in a separate space within the suite.
If you are travelling, staying, as a family, it can be nice to have that door to separate from the kids while trying to sleep. The bathroom is in between the living area and the main bedroom, so that is also a nice bonus.

However, the cleanliness of hotels in recent years, and especially this location, leaves a lot to be desired.

My wife spotted a thick coating of dust on the a/c vents, and the floors, even the tiles were dirty. She spent 45 minutes cleaning what should have be done thoroughly by the housekeeping personnel.

Breakfast is decent and standard fare - waffles, eggs, cereal options, yogurt and the like.

Do NOT recommend if they still have the same cleaning standards.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Kitchen w/ full size fridge, 2 burner stove, dishwasher. Microwave broken. Free breakfast. Room 528 - quiet except for garbage pickup every night in the middle of the night. No towel rack for bath towels. No hooks for coats. Cleaning is every other day but clean towels available at front desk.||Note: told front desk that the microwave was broken (only option for nuking was to press the beverage button) after the first night. Someone obviously looked at the microwave & left a bowl of water inside it, but no note to state that it remained broken.
