After living here for 3 years, I’m happy to go!
From the beginning I dealt with the manager Brandy and she really caused me issues with the in-accurate move in date and I had purchased a uhual, transferred lights, and cable…to just get an email to say the apartment isn’t ready( on said date) even tho it had been 2-3 weeks since we agreed on move in date! Then when I moved in they never changed upstairs carpet, the laminate floor wasn’t properly placed, the outlets were place wrong, and ceiling fan shook horribly ( I had my uncle fix), and the last 3 years the same ceiling spot has leaked from ac and every time time they come to “fix” it they just put paint on it! Doesn’t fix the actual problem!
And please don’t break a blind because they will over charge you for everything!

My neighbors up until this year have been fine but currently I have 2 neighbors who think they have assigned parking and knock on my door when there are other available parking spots! I’ve never seen so many entitled individuals in my life! Imagine 2 grown men knocking on a females door about a parking spot and to pick an argument! Not the gf/wife’s but 2 grown men!

Prior to this year it has been quiet and all the other neighbors minded their business!

These are very nice inside and out. Very affordable. Parking is a huge problem for guest, maintenance aren’t knowledgeable about fixing things such as ac unit and plumbing. The pool is never open, so you can’t really count it as a amenity. Cars will be towed if they don’t have a sticker or registered. They do not shampoo carpet regularly and make it your responsibility. Neighbors are quite and keep to themselves. The living space is quite large for a townhouse, the lawn is kept up, and there is a small playground area for small children. This is a good start for someone trying to save money and move on.

It looks like a nice complex, but they have roaches. Best advice is to see your place before you sign the lease, they will not offer this option and they will force you to sign telling you the place is in perfect condition. My cousin moved in and electrical sockets didnt work, tub was clogged up, gum still stuck in carpet among other stains and there were roaches.

Had to call 4 times just to get general information about this property. Awful first impressions. I wanted to know basics and received very smart-mouthed answers. I am new to the area and later realized they are in a "ghetto" neighborhood, possibly class C property. Would make sense why this type of Customer Service is given. definitely will be sticking to the class A & B properties, if you have the extra $, get yourself the treatment you deserve.

Nightmare they need to be shut down or sold. A/c issues we had every 2 weeks a leak mold everwhere= termites rats bedbugs,ants break ins the police won't respond. Roaches I was brought a roach infested replacement. Illegal car towing kickbacks. Threats from management and leasing staff. Discrimination against disabled and elderly. Welcome to hell on earth.

Decent homes, it just the surroundings ain't so good......been here for only 7 months bout to move due to theft....had our home broken into twice Tvs and game systems all gone, because they don't want to fix the camera's and at one point i thought their was some one patrolling the neighborhood , but i guess not....so 2 stars is all i can give. Would have been 1 but our living space is heck of a deal

The said Manager “Brandy” her job is to report every one to the Collection. Make sure at your move in, Proper move in condition statement is being signed by her also, before you move out, Do not let the management do the inspection without your presence. Otherwise, Brandy can become as bad as you can imagine.

I have lived at the's apartments for 4 years and I must say these are the most disrespectful, unprofessional, dirty, and uneducated staff members who work in these apartments. I must say the only good thing about this place is the rent is really cheap and I soon to realized why. Their is a lot of theft going on and fraud going on with these complexs. My wife and I had our car broken into 3 times and no police showed up. I was told by a neighbor that police rarely come thru here due to so many calls that is across the street which is butter cup apartments. More tow trucks come thru here every night than anything. The staff is horrible. Literally every 4 months their is a new supervisor cordinator. They come into the office not aware of so many previous urgent request for maintenance. So I can see as third party looking in why they are so stress out everyday. The supervisor cordinator is always focused on new customers instead of pleasing there current renters first. It's so backwards there. I have filed law suit against them in 2013 and won due to the apartments not providing sufficient evidence. Thank God we moved put their, our last issue we are still battling with them is that. We moved out Oct 2016 we followed all guidelines in order to move out gave them our forwarding address and all even gave them our phone numbers. Come to find out they try sending us a letter stating what we are being billed for even though we provided a forwarding address. So for 3 stickers being left on the wall and fridge not being cleaned out they charged us $461 and I still haven't received my $150 deposit.

My advice to you is even though it's cheap rent. Is it worth the headache of looking over your shoulder to see if your car not being towed very night or theft? Is it worth the stress of wondering if they going to over charge you on rent every month due to the inconsistencies of having a new supervisor coordinator every 4 months. Do you have the patience to wait during the hot summer days to get your air conditioned fixed in the apt when it's 103 out side and you and your children are inside sweating during the night.

Please BEWARE you have been Warned!!!!!
