Visited this hotel for a soccer tournament and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very pleasant and accommodated our multiple requests for more towels to bedding for the sofa sleeper. To top off our visit, on morning of our departure, I was so excited to enjoy the yummy grits that were apart of their breakfast the morning before. To my dismay, grits are not apart of Sunday breakfast ?. I was so disappointed and verbalize how sad I was to not be about to enjoy another bowl before checking out. Well, JoJo and Cheek (associates of the kitchen staff) came to my rescue! They were both super sweet by making me my very own bowl of grits as we headed out for the last soccer game of the weekend! It’s small gestures such as this that warm the hearts of others. Thank you both so very much. You’ve made this girls day!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Residence Inn. When I arrived, the check-in attendant didn’t even bother to greet me, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. To make matters worse, I had to wait 30 minutes just to check in, despite there being no other guests in line. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was astonishing.||This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to prioritize guest satisfaction. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth and welcoming experience.

This place is gross! Appliances in kitchen do not work. Cleaning of rooms simply doesn’t happen. The bistro at the connected courtyard is not open and apparently has not been open in years.
I should have read other reviews before staying!!
It’s bad! So very bad!

Staying here now and do not recommend it. There is only housekeeping on weekdays so if you come on Friday and leave on a Sunday or Monday, your room is never cleaned. There was garbage in the hallway where I was staying that stayed there for over an hour, and I had to complain to have it picked up. At breakfast Saturday they ran out of coffee in two pots and no one was monitoring them so then everyone had to wait 15 min until coffee was brewed. The oranges at breakfast were moldy. And in the public women’s bathroom on the first floor, one of the stalls is out of order|Our room is nice, but does not have a safe, which you should know but the caretaking for guest at this hotel is not high. |There are also people withpets, not on leashes here, no one monitors that |The staff at the desk is very nice, but it feels like no one is monitoring conditions here

I relocated to Raleigh from Canada and had my reservation here for 3 days initially and then had extended for 6 more days while we were looking for a place to move in. I got my apartment earlier then the date I was told. I had communicated the same to staff while extending and they assured me that if I am checking out earlier I just need to let them know in advance and they will process the refund for remaining nights.
Since I checked out , I’ve been calling every morning for about a month now in a row to get my money back! The staff seemed so nice until it was time to get a refund and their manager is never there . Every time I called they asked me to call back at another time, but I was never able to speak to the manager. This is unprofessional and so unfair!!! They would have allotted the room same morning I checked out, but they won't refund my money. Why would you charge me for 4 days I did not stay in the hotel. I have sent multiple emails . I’ve stayed at Marriott before and have never had this type of experience!

Moreover, the room we stayed in was in a bad state, had a broken dishwasher and there was visible standing water in it, you could tell they didn't clean the room properly! We had requested for a change of room which didn't happen either. One of the kitchen stove burner wasn't working for the whole stay . All in all, I so regret my choice of staying in there. I would not recommend staying here! Horrible customer service. I don't write a bad review very often, but this one was really needed to let people know!

UPDATE : The hotel management did not care to respond to my emails/calls in last 2-3 weeks, but they have time to respond to google reviews within 2 days. The worst management and horrible customer care. People should know that they are more worried about google reviews rather then the actual customer experience.

Let me start out by saying the staff were very good and we loved the location and the amenities of this Residence Inn. We are long time Marriott fans.|However, this hotel was neglected and dirty. Seats in the lobby area were filthy. The door to the kitchen had "goop" running down it and wasn't cleaned for the 3 days we were there. Our room had a broken lamp which we reported but nobody came in to fix it. The bathroom was not very clean - there was mold along the drains and edges of the sink.

Positive: That there was a pool that my family could swim in and there was free WiFi and breakfast! There was a receptionist who was absolutely fabulous and very nice and professional! Super helpful to me and my family as we just moved here from Mn. Negative: I ended up having to switch rooms because the first room I stayed in was dirty and the dishwasher opened on its own, the second room didn?t have working pots or pans and the room became Smokey, when I tried to turn on the fan it also didn?t work!

Checked in and checked right back out. Apparently they no longer have upgraded high speed internet. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean, but the internet was too slow. The staff informed me that they no longer offer upgraded internet at this location.
