I want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Jason and Raul! They are super helpful, professional and amazing guys who help keep the complex safe and put together! We have experienced their care personally, on numerous occasions, when we have needed something quickly! We are lucky to have them taking care of us at Ancora!

Although it has its flaws, I generally like it hear at Ancora. Nice apartments, staff, location and amenities have made it a good choice for my budget.
Pluses- Ancora has some nice apartments. There are various floor plans with nice kitchens, appliances and come with washer & dryer. Although not for everyone, I especially like the shower option in the master bath. I feel safe in the apartment and never had a problem with deliveries being left at the door all day. I often see wildlife including waterfowl, otters, birds, and even an opossum!
Maintenance is very responsive often showing up on the same day as the request. Friendly too.
Generally the landscaping is nice, but average upkeep.
Management is friendly and courteous and do what is possible to assist or rectify issues.

Minuses- Attention to detail or less important things.
Although apartments are nice, common areas such as hallways, stairs, and common amenity areas lack consistent cleanliness.
They have a golf simulator that was a major factor for me has been down probably half of my 6 month stay so far (still down). There is also only 1 pool cue for the table.
It’s also a bit noisy from all the A/C units. Unfortunately the design gives every apartment their own A/C located in the apartment not on the roof. There is a constant hum around the clock. Really too bad for the inside courtyard areas and forest view units.
Lastly, they have private App for communications, but every time I chat or post, it seems to be ignored.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the living conditions at Ancora Apartments. Despite consistently paying rent on time, our experience with the management team has been disappointing, leading to a 0-star rating.

Over the past four months, we have faced ongoing issues, including an unresolved hot water problem, malfunctioning washing machine, and a poorly equipped kids' clubhouse. Additionally, the lack of communication and notice on various matters has added to our frustration.

Today, I received a notice about a box placed outside without any prior warning. When I approached the office to apologize, the staff's response was extremely rude, and I was charged $75 without consideration for it being my first offense.

Despite enduring hot water issues affecting my family, including my sick son, I refrained from complaining. The absence of luxury facilities and unreasonable penalties for terminating the lease prompt me to caution others against choosing Ancora Apartments.

Moreover, the perpetual smell on the patio and consistently dirty stairs contribute to the overall unpleasant living environment.

I implore you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and enhance the quality of life for all residents at Ancora Apartments.

I’ve lived at Ancora now for a few months. I absolutely love the location as it’s close to Disney Springs, Premium Outlets and MCO. The community is quiet and amenities are endless. My apartment is modern and spacious for my family. The pocket doors in my master bathroom are a very nice touch to showcase my team memorabilia. I would definitely recommend Ancora to anyone looking for a nice apartment in a high demand area.

It is a very nice complex. Very well located in Orlando, close to everything. The attention of the leasing office was very friendly and cordial from all its employees, especially Kady Gonzalez who was very attentive to all our needs, her service was excellent.

Agradezco y reconozco la labor de Raúl Torres, supervisor de mantenimiento en Ancora Apartments, puesto que cada vez que confrontábamos algún problema con el aire acondicionado (pues el calor durante el verano es más fuerte), Raúl acudía de inmediato sin importar si era su día libre. Raúl además, ha tenido la amabilidad de compartir sus conocimientos explicándonos el funcionamiento de los sistemas de aire, reparación y seguimiento. Una vez más, ¡Gracias! ¡Ancora cuenta con un excelente empleado!

Lived here for about 2 years and didn’t enjoy any second of it. There were numerous problems that were reoccurring and we paid too much for these things to be happening. Our A/C broke almost monthly, this being in the middle of summer. Our apartment was almost 80 degrees every night. We filed multiple maintenance requests and they would come, but the problem would never get solved. Maintenance is also incredibly loud at early hours of the morning, which being a night shift worker, this was incredibly inconvenient. Additionally, Raul is incredibly rude and would always track foot prints throughout the apartment when working. The trash is always overflowing at the chutes and outside, so raccoons feast nightly and run throughout the complex. Resident parking was never enforced, so most of the time i’d have to park in visitor parking or further out due to non residents parking in the lots with no actual towing reinforcement. If they could keep the gate fixed this problem might be minimized, but a common theme here is overpaying for amenities that are broken and/or not in service. Finally, there were constantly roaches everywhere. Before we even moved any of our stuff in the first day there were roaches in the apartment. We reported this with the slip and they never did anything about it, similarly to the broken outlets. Later on after reporting it a second time, they came and did “roach work” and just laid out paper traps for them. They never came back for the traps or followed up about it, which again this place is way too expensive and new to have roaches to begin with, but i digress. I’d say if you’re looking for apartments in the area I’d completely avoid this complex and save yourself the mental headache of hating where you live.
