Now I just feel like I’m journaling my experience. Place is horrible. Almost falling apart. This is the second time this happens in the same place. I feel Iike bandages are holding the place together. My wife was told by maintenance that they would get this fixed and still nothing. I guess they’re waiting for a piece to fall on my daughter’s head before they take this serious. I would not recomend this place to anyone. I can tell that they’re corporate run and all they care about is revenue and filling the apartments to capacity. I’m over this place. Stuck with a contract and I just simply want to take off. We just decided to move to Epic and we’re very excited. The property is still undergoing construction and should be completed soon. The location is great. There is an Aldi literally walking distance. Small dog park for our pup. Don’t think the park is made for larger dogs. There is a Vicky Bakery and some other restaurants within the vicinity. Miramar has grown so much in the previous years so I’m looking forward to the move.

Update: Sept 2024
I don’t understand what the deal is with management of our building. I’m walking the hallways and continue to walk the hallways seeing this dirt all over the walls. When we first moved here, it was very nice and new. Now my family and I can’t walk, without stumbling into overgrown grass, patches of gardening, and a swimming pool that is dirty on the weekends. We want to use the barbecue area on a Saturday or Sunday and the garbage is overflowing. It seems like the maintenance crew does not work on weekends and only on weekdays. This rental community is in need of major landscaping beautification and upkeep of the living areas like the pool and barbecue areas. My family and I are telling each other how this place keeps declining and I can see that in the three-point nine stars that it has. I firmly believe that there needs to be a change in management . The more we walk around the more empty apartments we see. For those interested in renting here put a special focus on the landscaping, the garbage cans, the dirty barbecue grills that don’t get cleaned and the muddy grass areas that accumulate mosquitoes after heavy rain season. Leasing office may ask why I don’t submit a work order for these things. But the reality is that I do not get paid to keep an eye on these things. There is a lack of oddity from the office. All it takes is to walk around the premises once a week and detail these things. It shouldn’t take work resident to have to call attention to these things.

Great place to live at. Epic, offers a modern and comfortable living experience with several notable features. The building’s design is sleek and contemporary, with well-maintained common areas such as the lobby and the gym, creating a welcoming environment. The maintenance crew is great.

Ive been living here for a year and i love it. My place is so stylish my friends always compliment it when they come over. The staff is so friendly too along with maintenance. The events are so cute they even have a wrapping station for gifts set up it’s great!

Lilian was an excellent point of contact throughout the entire process, demonstrating professionalism and transparency at every step. We have now been living here for over three weeks, and everything has been going smoothly. We appreciate the neighborhood, which offers convenient access to various amenities, and we’ve had no issues with package deliveries. The internet service is reliable, and the property itself is clean and well-organized.

I’ve been living at epic for a couple months, and it has been an excellent experience! The property is always well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch, I love grabbing some coffee and working from their clubhouse.

The management team is responsive and friendly, always going the extra mile to address any concerns or requests promptly. For instance, they recently helped me with my garbage disposal that had stopped working, they passed by the same day and it was fixed!

The location is perfect— I have an aldis walking distance and i must say the chick fil a is not a bad addition haha. Plus, the community feels safe and welcoming, which makes it a wonderful place to call home.

If you’re looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful apartments and Great Location. Moved in September.
However extremely disheartened at Management’s Handling of apartment Flooding.

November 16- Ceiling started leaking over bedroom furniture. Maintenance was notified.

Roofing Company “fixed” the leak about two weeks later.

November 30- Renters Insurance DENIED claim for bedroom furniture damages due to no wind damage present.

December 5th – Front office explained to me that the roofing was FIXED they will NOT cover cost of damages.

I replaced Items out of pocket.

December 15 – Ceiling started leaking again in same spot!

Front office told me it will be another 11 days before the roofing company can have another look.

It’s been one month and counting since I’ve been able to use my bedroom. Company will not reimburse damages and not reduce/remove Rent. I am also out of pocket a lot of money because of recurring issue and managements refusal to accept financial responsibility.

Zero Stars for me.

We have been looking for a place to stay, and Lillian at Epic Residences has been a life saver. She made us feel welcomed from the time we entered the place. She took her time, showed us thoroughly how to use the apps for services. Internet, etc. Lillian is awesome
