Excellent beautiful AirBnb in an old mansion in downtown Colorado Springs, easily walkable to tons of great food and shops. Getting to the parking in back is a bit challenging the first time because it's non-intuitive, but once you've done it, it's easy. The house itself was pretty amazing, from the old woodwork and design to the modern and comfy furniture with large tvs in every room and fireplaces in a few. Bathrooms were large. Didn't have time to partake of the foozball, billiard table, putting green or hot tub but they all looked nice, and a fully functional kitchen with a huge fridge! I could live here...

We stayed there in June over our 30th wedding anniversary trip. Because we live in a rural area, we are not fans of staying in the city. The Crescent Lily was downtown yet absolutely perfect! We wish we could have stayed longer, and no other place we stayed at over the rest of our vacation - including a resort condo - made us feel at home.||||When we arrived, we were greeted by Lin. She told us that we had been upgraded to the suite, which had not been reserved. When we told her it was our 2nd honeymoon, she was thrilled knowing that it would make our stay special.||||The suite was perfect! It had a separate sitting room, full bath with jetted tub, tv, wardrobe, gas fireplace with remote, balcony overlooking the park, and fantastic air conditioning. The air conditioning vents were modified from old vents. You could tell that they had put a lot of thought and work into the entire house. The room had an older intercom system that was actually a speaker that played classical music piped throughout the house. (You could turn it off). Our sitting room and bathroom had french doors with curtains.||||The wine glasses and chocolates were a nice touch. The furnishings were antiques or tastefully incorporated furnishings. One of the dressers was an old upright radio without the dials - a very cool way to repurpose something.||||The dining area had an assortment of antique tables and chairs. One of the buffets was an antique organ with the keys removed since it was unplayable. Again, another beautiful way to reincorporate antique pieces that could have been thrown away.||||There is a large area of shops and places to eat a block or two over. It is perfect for pedestrian. All in walking distance! The park across the street had a live concert one evening that wasn't too loud. The area is clean and well kept, and we felt safe there.||||My husband and I use medications that need to be refrigerated. They stored them and our ice pack in their refrigerator while we were there. When we couldn't find the ice pack, they offered one of their own for us to take - although we did find ours. ||||We felt like we were leaving friends when we left. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay there.

A group of fellow combat veterans and I take an annual trip and this year it was scheduled for Colorado Springs. We saw this property on air bnb and booked it for our trip. The price was around $8,000. This was several months ago. Today, our booking was cancelled by the owner and/or operator, Kaitlyn, and was taken down then re-listed with a $13,000 something price. These folks are an example of so many people that prey off of veterans and their hard earned money. Do not stay here.

My husband and I stayed for three nights at the Crescent Lily Inn, a B&B in downtown Colorado Springs. It’s a lovely Victorian Inn with free parking, a nice hot breakfast, within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants of downtown, and very reasonable rates. We enjoyed our conversations with Lynn, the owner, who was friendly and gracious. We also enjoyed being able to have breakfast from 7:30-10 rather than having to be at breakfast at a specific time, which is how some B&Bs operate. ||The only reason we wouldn’t give it a five star is because it’s an older home with minor inconveniences, such as loud plumbing and occasional loud noises from outside. Still, we enjoyed staying at the Crescent Lily Inn with its charm rather than the commercial hotels.

My boyfriend and I rounded out a 6 day trip with two nights here, and we couldn't have asked for more. The room was gorgeous and very clean, with more features than I had realized while booking. We stayed in the Lily of the Valley room, on the ground floor. At breakfast, the food was wonderful and the staff accommodated a food allergy perfectly, with no hassle. Check in was quick, the room was cool and quiet, and my boyfriend got to indulge his love of history with the background of the home. My only complaint was that it got a bit cool at night, but there were extra blankets available and I'm more used to a warm climate anyway. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a well valued B&B, with plenty of nice touches to make you feel at home.

Decided that she could get more money for this listing, so she canceled the reservation and re-listed the house as a new listing!
No notice or warning.

Good luck Kaitlyn. Have the day you deserve!

Our daughter lives in Colorado Springs, so we visit this inn every year. Lyn is a lovely hostess, we arrived late and she greeted us warmly in the evening. I think she has boundless energy. We have had different rooms and all are lovely. Great breakfast every day, I just love it.

I feel like I already reviewed this place, but I can't find my review anymore. Anyhow, my daughter stayed here in 2017 when we were checking out Colorado College. We stayed two nights.

We got the room on the bottom floor; it was really nice and comfortable. It was easy to come and go, there was free parking, and we always felt safe.

One thing - their website said that the check-out time was 12:00pm. At about 11:15am the owner came into my room - I was in the bathroom with the door open (thankfully, she still couldn't see me). She told me that she thought I had already gone because it was past check-out time. Ummm, no, it wasn't. I left and was driving away by 11:45am. It was annoying that she 1) came into the room without knocking, and 2) told me it was past check-out time even though I still had nearly an hour left. It's her place; she should know when closing time is, or change the time on their website to 11:00am.
