I highly recommend! The residences at Arlington Heights is a great place to call home. Jeanette, Patti, and their entire staff are amazing! The community, location, and surrounding area is very welcoming to all. I'm thankful for my amazing unit. I've been a resident for 4 years with no complaints.

Ребята они говорят в рекламе 1340$ а по факту платите 1750$. Не ведитесь сюда. 1750$ это очень дорого для такого однобедрумного апартмента. Они покажут примерную квартиру с хорошей отделкой. А сдадут сам тяп ляп сделанную квартиру. В общем нагло обманут. Единственное что хорошо что парклвкой проблем нет. А офисе работают одни неодекваты. Нам сказали заезжайте ваша квартира готова. Мы приехали а там еще ремонт делали прикиньте. И мы такие с полной машиной своих вещей ждали их.

We lived in this apartment complex for one year and had a 12-month lease. When we decided to move out, we provided a one-month notice, as we believed was sufficient. However, the leasing office never informed us that they required a two-month notice. They then sent our account to collections, and now they are demanding $1750 from us. We never received our security deposit back either.

In addition, we felt discriminated against as Asian tenants. We have lived in the U.S. for over seven years and have never experienced such poor treatment. This has been an incredibly upsetting experience for us.

We strongly advise against moving here

My roommate had a great idea that we should finish out our last year at Christian Life College and live in off campus housing. I wanted to wait before posting our review so we could get a real feel of the neighborhood and staff. It has been almost five months now and I wanted to give the update. We love the fact that the apartment has wonderful people and is a quiet apartment complex which helps when we are studying for our exams. Between the three of us it is way more affordable to what we were originally paying at our last apartment, and the fact that management puts a heavy emphasis in security and safety is why we give this a 5 star rating.

Scheduled a tour and called to confirm. They did not confirm my appointment on the phone but said just to come in. We did and they couldn't show us any units as nothing was available to tour. So what was the point of coming? If this is how they think they can attract new tenants, they are way over their heads.

Envious Health

Pros:
-club house activities kinda cool, downside you can only use them during office hours. Most 9-5 job people, will use them maybe once or twice on the weekends.
-Maintenance is pretty responsive with issues, depending on seriousness.
-large laundry room. Avoid weekends, otherwise someone will take your stuff out of the machine if you take long doing it.

Cons:
-Depending on your neighbors, it can be quiet, or absolute s***show. Be prepared to smell grass, and a broken bottle here and there.
- dog poop everywhere. Most people do not clean up, specifically the bigger dogs. Be cautious going through the grass.

-got anemia? be prepared to be cold all winter, and have a nice electric bill due to the heaters heating no better than a match.

-Paint on bathtub sucks. Will definitely peel off after 1-2 months.

- very noisy mornings especially the days that the landscapers work. Will usually take the whole day to cut grass. Followed by buzzing all around the neighborhood.

-Hassle getting ur mail, due to having to go on a scavenger hunt to find it. If it’s something valuable, ship it to someone you know. Save the anxiety of not finding it.

-the utility bill aside from your rent, never is constant. Could be 96-109. All depends what the office is feeling that month.

-they make it impossible to get ur deposit back. Most of the cases i have seen, including mine, say deposit good bye. They Will charge u 60-100 bucks for a shampoo carpet clean. Will find any screw loose or wood trims, kitchen appliance, anything that will add up to you somehow owing money. Apparently the magic number is u owing them 230-290$ bucks. I attached my lovely bill at the end too. Suggestion is don’t bother cleaning much on moving out, since they going to charge u anyways. Oh, and if you don’t pay the due, within a reasonable day or 2, most likely they’ll ask for it the next day, they send it off to collections, to F your credit over.

Conclusion: its a decent place, but do urself a favor avoid the headache and chilly winters, with the price they charge, it is easier to find something alot more comfortable and nicer.

So bad management, they never talked good to us any time, when we go to ask something they never respect us, they always doing disrespectful behaviors.
It was worst apartment we have dealt with, after we moved after 4 month we saw our credit score changed, they have putted collection $230, i have never received an email or phone call that they have charged $230 fees after move out, we had 600 deposit in move in and we didn't get deposit back, and they charged us extra $230 and they put in collection without telling us, no mail, no email no phone call.
Same day we was trying to rent good apartment, they just reported us in collection without saying to us they owe money.
and our credit scored was updated, it got decreased 40 degree the only reason because we leaved their apartment and their service, also they don't care about our kids, my daughter was get fall from second floor because their window of laundry facility was broken and there was no metal in window.
