B&B Hidden gem, prime location on a quiet street with cozy outdoor patio and walking distance to everything. Ryan was very responsive with any questions or request. Great home cooked breakfast before heading out to enjoy Glenwood. If website doesn’t allow you to book, ?. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

Location couldn’t be more perfect. I was expecting more of a B&B feel, but it felt a little self-service/Airbnb like. The window AC is a bit noisy but works well to cool down the upper rooms. Breakfast isn’t til 9, so we had to just take a yogurt and muffin to go since we had a permit to hike Hanging Lake right at 9. It was a little bit of a bummer.

My husband and I needed a weekend get-away and this B&B made the whole weekend amazing! We had our hearts set on hot springs but plenty of hotels were booked up, too expensive or farther away. This little gem was in our price range, close to everything and worth every penny. We stayed in the Colorado Suite on the second floor where a wonderful bed and cozy room greeted us after our soak in the hot springs. It's around the corner from a coffee shop and just a few blocks from downtown so if the weather is nice you can walk everywhere! We loved the quiet, residential area and we loved the breakfast on Sunday before we checked out. Truly a magical B&B!!

Just lovely! I am writing this from the Colorado room now. There are so many little touches that make this place special. Heated floors, fireplace, A/C, fan, all the things you need to be comfy. Let’s not forget the bed! Sheesh. We woke up to a fresh pot of coffee on. Would definitely stay again.

This b&b is in a great location, and our room (the Garden suite) was pleasantly decorated. However, we chose this property specifically because of the reviews of the wonderful full breakfasts. Since we knew that there were some dates--not including the date of our one-night stay--when only a continental breakfast (yogurt parfait and baked good) would be provided, my husband verified when he made our reservation over that phone with the proprietor that a full breakfast would be provided. When we checked in, however, we found in the room one notice saying that there were no full breakfasts on Fridays--not applicable, as we were not there on a Friday--and another notice saying that the breakfast would be a yogurt parfait and baked good. This was not what we were promised, and we were relying on having a full breakfast before a long day of driving. The price we paid would have been reasonable if a full breakfast had been included--but it wasn't.

We stayed in the Rio Grande room and it was amazing!! We really enjoyed our stay. My wife and I have visited Glenwood Springs multiple times and this was by far the best. The owners and inn keepers were fantastic. So accommodating and helpful! The rooms are super clean and quaint. The house is a 100 year old Victorian that has an amazing feel and is beautiful. The house is close to down town the river, great hiking trails and bike path. It's walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Great view of the mountains and super quiet. We will be back for sure!! We loved our time!

Our stay at the Rio Grande B&B far exceeded my expectations. Our room was upstairs and was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was beautiful and even had heated floors. We had a spacious sitting room which was great to relax at the end of the evening. The hosts provided many comforts to make our stay enjoyable including freshly baked cookies, a container of bleach wipes (during Covid this was especially important!), a tote bag of beach towels for the Glenwood Hot Springs, and more. The breakfast was absolutely incredible! The quality and quantity was exceptional. The orange creme brûlée was my favorite! It is also conveniently located, and it is easy to walk into town or to the hot springs. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Glenwood! I highly recommend staying here!
