Abbiamo soggiornato qui la nostra prima notte in Scozia. La Proprietaria, gentilissima, ha atteso il nostro arrivo a tarda ora. La camera, pur essendo piccola, era graziosa, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i confort. Bagno in camera. Biancheria di qualità. Colazione scozzese perfetta, abbondante, completa di frutta e vari tipi di marmellata. Ci tornerei e lo consiglio vivamente.

I stayed here for 4 nights whilst exploring the Borders on my motorbike. The room was great, located at the back of the house and was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was perfect with a choice of anything you could ask for and served very quickly and efficiently. There were also a selection of fruit, cakes and various treats that you could help yourself to. Ross even offered the use of a garage to ensure my motorbike was safely stored away overnight at no extra cost.|I would definitely stay here again when in Moffat.

Room 2 nice warm room with comfy bed. Small ensuite shower room plenty of hot water. Complimentary beverage tray with, tea, coffee hot chocolate also whisky in decanter and sweet jar. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Street parking outside accommodation. Would definitely stay again.

This was our base for our golf trip. The room was ideal for the 2 of us. Beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate.
Lovely welcome and an excellent breakfast. Couldn't fault I and I will stay there again.

One of the best accommodations you can book, me and my colleague arrived there and was greeted with kindness, shown our rooms. Rooms were amazing along with the staff. We started work later and slept in for breakfast but upon checking out we were given a breakfast pack and hot coffee. Couldn’t be happier with the service and accommodation we received. Highly recommend! We got the best sleep we’ve had from staying away?

A cosy homey guest house , with traditional curtesy and attention , , I’ve never been to a guest house that offers so much variety at breakfast time as this place does , there was something this for everyone, and top that there’s even a small decanter of whisky in your bedroom at no extra cost ( OUTSTANDING ) in my opinion MR and Mrs Baillie , thank you and see you again

Lovely B and B close to town and town walks. Well appointed rooms with lots of extras such as sherry, whiskey, chocolate, tea, and coffee. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with many options from which to choose. We will come again!
