Nice style apartments, washer and dryers need to be replaced washer doesn’t drain clothes and dryer over works to dry clothes, loud neighbors with unruly children running around on the 3rd floor isn’t ideal for ppl that value peace, children shouldn’t be running around at midnight. Other than that if you like the downtown area with ok prices look into moving here.

I have been in the process of looking for an apartment in the downtown Cleveland area so I could be closer to work for the past few months. The Residences at 668 were my favorite building by far. The location is extremely convenient as it close to the grocery store, CVS, and a number of restaurants. Additionally, there are two restaurants within the building and it is across the street from Rocket Mortgage where the Cavaliers play and down the street from Progressive Field where the Guardians play.

What makes the property even greater is the people. Leon Carter was the associate representative of the property management company I worked with. He is also a resident of the building and had extensive knowledge of the building and its history. He was very genuine and honest when leading me on my tour of the building and viewing of the individual units. He was an extremely personable and really took notes of my needs as a potential residence. He was able to provide me with answers for all of my questions and concerns. His authenticity and genuine desire to help made me feel comfortable as a potential residence which is not something I felt when checking out the other options in the area.

If you are looking for a potential residence in the downtown Cleveland area 668 is a great place to be and the staff onsite are top notch!

I have lived here for a few years and I don’t have any intentions on moving. The units are cozy but spacious, the neighborhood is active but safe, and the Staff is accommodating and friendly.

Chris, the property manager, and Alyssa, the assistant property manager are always so pleasant and take pride in taking care of the residents.

I highly recommend The Residences at 668 to everyone looking to live downtown.

My apartment exceeds all of my expectations! It’s spacious, cozy and comfortable in every way. I just relocated to Cleveland from NYC and I am glad I chose for my new home to be at The Residences at 668.

Absolutely love the Residences at 668! I’ve been in the building for about 6 years and never want to leave. Such friendly staff, beautiful apartments reasonably priced and amazing location!! Chris and Leon in the office are both very attentive as well!

Beautiful apartments, just not much to do at the building. Was told they work with anyone as long as you have no criminal background history. I have a pregnant dog and was needing to move by the 1st… they didn’t deny me until today (the 1st). Feel like my time and money was wasted. Will not be considering any more places downtown for this reason

I lived at 668 for almost 4 years and really really enjoyed my time here! The building is in a great location and very to easy to walk to everything downtown. The apartments are nice, updated, and feel like home. And the staff is actually awesome (especially Daniel, the property manager!) and will help out with whatever you need. I would definitely recommend this building for people looking to live in downtown Cleveland.
