Maybe the best landlord I've had. Maintenance was always taken care of quickly. All the employees were kind and responsive. Doug at the front desk is super nice and a great guy. Talia met me late on my first my night to get me my keys, even though it was after hours. I got my entire security deposit back after moving out. Rent was affordable. Overall, a great place to live.

Love my apt !!! Talia was my initial experience when I first applied to moving in and fast forward a year later Im still a Happy Camper. Amazing customer service from the whole staff. Doug is the best concierge and bry and the other maintenance staff go over and beyond there job duties.Five Stars Across the board.Worth every dime

I’m only given four stars because of the management. They do a great job!!! The building isn’t perfect, but it was my first time living downtown So a lot was a shock to me But bry always comes to the rescue, quick fast and efficient. He’s the best maintenance man there.!!!

Resident since November ‘23 here’s my review:

Pro’s: Walking distance of basically everything downtown, friendly security, good rent prices, decently sized spaces, roof access (It’s been closed for the entirety of my time here however)

Con’s: Units are packed next to each other so you may have to share a wall with a neighbor (I do and it’s the reason for the 2 stars), occasional cockroach sightings (never in my room however), communal laundromat instead of washing machines in the unit (this could be a dealbreaker for some), Gym is good size but only one person can use the free weights at a time, the walls in every unit are basically made out of paper so you’ll hear your neighbors and they can hear you 100%.

That’s the review! Having a neighbor that plays their TV at max volume along with a crying infant has made my experience at Town Residences awful which is why I will not be renewing my lease but you may have a different experience.

I have been a resident here for about five months and really love it. The location is great and I'm able to walk to work everyday. The studio apartments are comfortable and I think the size is exactly what I was looking for. For parking, I have a monthly pass at the Leland (which is kitty-corner to the building) for just half the price of the garage. The front office team and maintenance staff have been nothing but helpful. Town Residences is one of the most affordable places to live downtown and perfect for individuals moving to the heart of the city.

My time here has been nothing less than a great experience. On the edge of the city and a positive environment to be in. The staff is amazing; always put their residents needs before anything and willing to answer any questions or concerns, sometimes even down to have random conversations! If you ever need anything Greg is definitely the guy to go to! Wonderful time here 1000% recommend!

Do not move to this place ? They do not fix anything. I have complained about my sink leaking and not being installed properly since I moved here in November 22 and it still has not been fixed! They have attempted to fix (rig) the sink 2-3 times and today I am woke up by a huge boom and the sink had caved in and the pipes and screws are all apart. No one should be forced to live this way especially paying the amount we pay for rent. Although the apartment had changed management companies the same incompetent handy men still work for the apartment.

Here is an update on my sink. My sink had finally been installed and updated properly. So far I have not had any problems . Once I showed management the picture of the sink I posted here it was fixed with in hours. The new management team definitely got my issue resolved. Updating rating to 3 stars.
