STAFF IS NEVER AVAILABLE TO ANSWER CALLS! I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR 3 WEEKS NOW! IT’S LIKE NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE. THE PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! CAN’T SCHEDULE A TOUR OR ANYTHING! I HAVE A VOUCHER WHICH IS TIME SENSITIVE! WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT TEAM? I MAY NEED TO CALL CORPORATE ABOUT HOW THIS PROPERTY IS BEING MANAGED! THERE IS NO WAY THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH ANYONE IN THE OFFICE BY PHONE!!!

Would be nice if they could charge people who do this. Really mind blowing how people can actually walk to an open trash can stand right next to it and set it on the ground. I understand that some of it may be kids but if you can't teach your kids to make sure trash goes in the dumpster then the parents need to be held accountable. Update... I have watched on several occasions grown women take the trash and toss it right on the ground. While the trash is open and empty. It is to the point where they are blocking the opening so people like me that actually puts the trash in the dumpster have to step over and on trash.

I really enjoy living here. The Manager Latavia understand what it means to come and to a nice place. She worked very hard on my case to make sure no one just allowed it to just sit on her desk.
She as awesone though the process. She makes it feel like home, Antione is the maintence on site and he goes the extra mile for you. He make sure we are home to secure our dogs and he is all around thoughtful person. I am so happy to be here.

This was the worst experience I ever had trying to rent an apartment. It took them 4 weeks to approve my application,it doesn't take four weeks to approve an application, I was being lied to everytime I called the office, they blaming it on the third party, instead of being anise. I have a voucher that's time sensitive. LATAVIA was yelling being very aggressive to me on the phone, and when I came in to sign the lease, I ask when will I be able to see my unit? She got mad ? ? said I don't know very aggressive with an attitude. To make things worse Sabrina the property Manager ok it for me to see the unit, and it wad on the third floor with no Washer and Dryer. I applied for 2nd floor 2br. and was told I will have an Washer and dryer. That the reason I wanted the move here , it had Washer and dryer in the unit. Latavia made so many mistakes on my voucher also. I'm not happy at all.

(Update) ,LaTavia running the apartments like she Salling drug's. My inspection date came up and she not in the office I call her and she tell me I owe her another $100 for the deposit, I gave her $$300 a month ago. She have her Big breast hanging down , she's very sloppy aggressive , she won't give you a straight answer on nothing .OH,my apartment has failed inspection twice and LaTavia won't tell me why. You couldn't pay me to live here.LaTavia need to be fired and they better give me my Deposit back.
Not to mention they had the door locked at business hours while they had me and some other lady's knocking on the door standing outside in the heat ? ?
Run don't walk , trust me you don't want to live here.

From beginning to end they did an amazing job at keeping me up to date with my application process and were very welcoming from the time I first entered the leasing office. First of all I would like to give all Praises to The Almighty for allowing my family and I to get accepted into these apartments. We are ever so grateful . Then I would like to take the time out to Thank all the staff at Arbor Oak that was so very patient ,kind and supportive throughout the application process. Here are just a few of the names Joycelyn, Alexandra, Tiffany and Miss Symphony . The process seems long but I can reassure you when you get accepted, it goes very fast. The staff even helped me fill out my paperwork correctly and tell me the things
I needed to bring to the office. The staff is very professional helpful & Kind. The apartments seem to be nice & quiet . It’s comfortable and spacious. I love how the apartments have a gate code & cameras around the facility, There is a exercise room , a beautiful pool area with a barbecue grill, business center, play area for the kids, also a elevator . We had a very good experience. We also love the up keep and stylish look of the apartments. Maybe one day this will be your home. I pray you be very patient and have a positive attitude.a
