The management and maintenance workers here are absolutely amazing! We moved from 4 hours away to these apartments and unfortunately had an issue with the unit we moved into. The management took our concerns seriously and acted quickly to find us a solution. Not only did they put us into better apartment, they also made the experience/situation a welcoming and understanding one. I appreciate how they have gone above and beyond for us! 10/10. Thanks a bunch!!

There were many things I could complain about, and the most recent one is about the smoke detector. It was low on battery on the Monday of the Thanksgiving week. I submitted the maintenance request right away, and stopped by the management office asking help. No one showed up to fix it during the day. Called the leasing office, was told that there were other emergencies going on so they couldn’t get to my case. Yes I understood. However, no one came in to check it the following Tuesday and Wednesday either. Called them on Wednesday afternoon, no one answered the phone. Now it’s the Thanksgiving Eve, and my smoke detector is still beeping in the night. I understand that no one will be on duty during Thanksgiving, but what about my life and my sleep?! It has been beeping for 3 days!! And I know it will continue like that for another 3 days or maybe even longer! If I get a ladder and fix it myself, will the management reimburse me for that? And the ceiling is rather tall, I hope they have some insurance purchased for their tenants.

Love this property! It is beautifully maintained and the whole staff is amazing. Especially the manager, Nicole. She is organized, patient, and so sweet. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking!

My husband and I were looking for an apartment on the bottom floor because we are "elderly" and cannot climb stairs. One is available and so we start the process of applying. We are told that our our monthly income needs to be three times the rent to qualify. Well, being retired and on social security we certainly don't have $4500 coming in each month, but I had the Credit Union run off statements showing I could get to money that would certainly qualify us. Seems that is not good enough for these people. We were turned down and very disappointed and basically feel they don't want old poor people that definitely can pay their rent in a timely manner. I guess all they see is an ambulance coming to attend our last breath. Glad it did not work out.

Since, I moved in. I love staying in the Residents of lake Jackson. It’s a peaceful apartment complex. You have your own home privacy. They don’t just barge in. They notify, if needed to be spray inspected. Me and my partner enjoy our privacy.

The pool is always cleaned up. I love going to the gym they have. Just a great safe place to live & consider it home. ?

Compared to the apartments next door, The Residence is very nice and feels like its own little neighborhood. The maintenance is very punctual and actually fixes what may or may not be broken. They replaced my sink, and notice the door was getting stuck also so they fixed that without me even asking. Great place to live!

The best apartment complex if ever lived. The management is top tier always has something going on for the community. Answers questions quickly and the apartments a just simply beautiful. Maintenance is great. Quick to fix the issues. If you’re looking for a new home look no further. well worth it.

Staying here for my summer internship. Absolutely a blessing, Nicole was extremely flexible and kind. Worked with me on short notice and I’ve never been more eager to sign a lease. Beautiful and safe apartment complex and unit. Could not recommend more!!
