The bed is pretty comfy and clean so that is a big plus. The fridge is bigger than most hotel fridges and has a small freezer section, so that is good. Breakfast is decent but the elevator takes forever. Dryer was broken so you couldnt use that and the pool is an outside pool with people from the Taco Bell drive through probably able to see you at the pool. Overall, I would stay here again but the hotel needs to invest in new towels. These towels almost hurt they're so stiff.

We stayed the night en route to Fort Walton and avoiding Hurricane Milton. Cannot fault this place for cleanliness and comfort. Pristine. And for a 2* hotel we had everything we needed.|Good quality and choice at the free breakfast too.|Excellent value.

I usually hate staying at hotels with baseball tournaments going on but this was the first time I was able to enjoy it. The hotel was clean. The breakfast kept my boys full. They enjoyed the pool. A couple of fast food places were in walking distance. I appreciated the staff and everything they did for us. I recommend to any team looking to stay there.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this Holiday Inn. The room was infested with bed bugs and cockroaches, making it nearly impossible to feel comfortable. To make matters worse, there was no room service available. During a storm, we were left without electricity for three days, and despite promises, there were no backup generators. The front desk was full of misleading information, and the damp carpet left the room smelling unbearable. For $220 a night, this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Save yourself the trouble and check elsewhere before booking!

WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT STAY HERE ⚠️

It's a shame cause it is a nice hotel. However my encounter with one of the employees while checking in October left a bad feeling that I'll never be able to rid myself of.

I was a emergency worker for the hurricane and my company who had booked several room assigned me to check in at this hotel. Upon arrival I checked in with Savanah. Savanah kept looking at me and was waiting by the elevator everytime I came back down which I found odd.

After bringing my luggage to my room I returned downstairs to return the cart and park my car. I then took the stairs up to the 3rd floor where I noticed my door ajar. Knowing I closed it fully on my way out.

I pushed open the door to hear bags being moved and zipped open/closed. Savanah was on the far side of the room by the bed going through my bags.

I confronted her to which she replied she didn't know what she was doing in here and she knows she's not supposed to be in here.

I told management the next morning as it was after 8pm when I checked in and no one was there besides Savanah. They asked me to write a email statement and said they would look into it. I checked out the same morning and asked my company to move my hotel.
Savanah after being caught in my room had called up her boss to tell him a scary man was following her, that's why she was in my room on the 3rd floor going through my personal belongs. Ridiculous!! He never reached out to me and when offered to speak with me he declined.

I have not heard anything back to follow up if this employee still works there or any apologies on my behalf for this violation in my privacy.
If Savanah still works here!! Please book another hotel

We stayed in the IHG at Live Oak, Florida to attend a funeral. My son was a pall bearer and required to dress in formal wear for several hours past check out. The staff, though inconvenienced on their end, accommodated our needs. We performed our duties with peace of mind. Thank you Live Oak IHG. By the way, the rooms were super clean and quiet. The air conditioner kept up easily with the excessive heat wave. The breakfast was hot (when needed) and filling. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hair all in the tub. There was no soap in the dispenser and pieces of tissue on the counter and floor in the bathroom where it had not been cleaned. The refrigerator was broke. Remote was broke. Then their answer was yeah we were short staffed all for the great low price of 150.00. Could have stayed at a dive hotel for cheaper and prolly cleaner. Best yet, I called corporate, and they could care less. Their response was we are sorry would you to buy our travel package [Which is tour a time share]
Got to say that I'm even disappointed in the brand now, not just one location.
