I recently toured Residence at the Greens in Lakewood Ranch, and I was thoroughly impressed! The property itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, modern amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home.

What truly stood out, though, was my experience with Ray Lynne. She was absolutely amazing warm, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her enthusiasm for the property was infectious, and she took the time to answer all my questions with patience and detail. She made the entire tour enjoyable and left a lasting positive impression.

If you’re looking for a place that feels like more than just a residence, I highly recommend checking out Residence at the Greens and be sure to ask for Ray Lynne. You won’t be disappointed!

Went there a few months ago. They are beautiful apartments, very clean, nice pool, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants. Keyonna Bryant who works in the office was very polite and professional. She was very helpful and friendly.

Living at Residences has been an absolute dream! From the moment I moved in, the customer service has been amazing. The management team goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and valued. The apartments themselves are amazing. The location is unbeatable, close to so many stores and restaurants and the community vibe is warm and inviting. 10/10

I LOVE this place .. it’s true paradise!
Not one apartment complex offers the beauty ,quality and high in living then this complex!
Since day 1 I have experience noting but amazing customer service, well organized and responsive management .They really answered all my questions , took care of me and my doggies and promised and delivered every request I had…very professional!!!!
I signed my 2nd year lease without a doubt I can find better apartment complex ..cause it doesn’t exist!
All my friends who come
To visit and stay for few days legit say-it’s like high in hotel, you have EVERYTHING here to call it your home !

Front desk team was very helpful and professional making the moving in process quite quickly and without games. Apparently a well running machine from maintenance to front desk everything is cared for diligently. Even tho its a relatively new building they are currently painting it so well kept. We can literally walk to CVS, Starbucks, Publix and many other useful places. The residents are very good here from what we can tell so far, as much as someone volunteered to help us unload the Uhaul truck with some really heavy items. Mostly great people here from what i can tell. Very pleasant stay so far. Nothing is perfect, so the bad would be: noise level its a busy area and this will take some time to get used to. Its also not a cbs structure so with wood you can hear footsteps but hey thats how apartments work. Overall I am extremely pleased to be here and am thankful to live in just a decent place. Security seams on point with gated building entrances and law enforcement on site can’t really feel unsafe when theres a law enforcement presence as residents themselves . There are lots of rules and regulations but thats what makes this place great no misappropriation needed for a peaceful life ? regarding the best thing here definitely the staff its so hard to find good people these days. The maintenance guy greeted us very friendly and introduced himself very respectfully, his wife is from the same hometown as myself back in the Caribbean so we seam to be off to a great start. I can’t stress enough how important it is for leasing offices to have attentive and smart staff. I look forward to my time here! Pool is huge, residents are respectful and there is an LA Fitness down the block as well. I can tell by the comments of other people that apartment living isnt for everyone, you have to know how to be mindful of others and the rules while many contribute to the enjoyment of all… so clearly no you can’t show up with a boat or Side By Side ATV ?.. i feel like the few bad reviews don’t reflect a bad thing here just individuals who ended up in an apartment when they really belong on a farm ? its a decent place! We didn’t really decide to move but Hurricane Ian turning our lives upside down and we had to move unexpectedly if it wasn’t for how easy and smooth the team here made things it might not have worked out. ? We feel more than Satisfied

From my very first interaction over 3 years ago to now, Rae Lynne Pontremoli (assistant manager) has consistently gone above and beyond to provide stellar support - definitely the most competent, organized, and dedicated professional you could imagine - and with a super pleasant attitude too!

Other aspects of this community are likewise impressive (location, amenities, etc) but Rae Lynne's responsiveness to our every need is truly what renders life at Residences at the Green exponentially better.

Just moving from out of state and we can tell you first hand how hard it is to find the right spot. We spent weeks weighing out whether we wanted to rent a house, get a cheap rental etc... The wife found this place and we kept mulling over whether we wanted to give it a shot, and wow we were completely surprised! From Day 1 Rae Lynn and Jenn were great to work with on answering every question we had- no matter how small or meaningless. We absolutely love it here and can't imagine ourselves anywhere else. It took off the burden of having to find or look for a house in such weird economic times and truly feels like a "Residence". Between the Resort Style Pool and BBQ down to the well equipped Gym and Gaming Area... this place has it all. The maintenance staff answers any questions or job work tickets asap and knock it out the first time with no issues. Private Mail and a Secured Mail room for bigger packages. Even a Dog Park and Carwash!!! This place truly has everything for the most discerning person. We also love walking down and taking advantage of groceries, eateries and all the other shops on the strip! 5 out off 5 Recommend = )

Recently I came to tour a 1 bedroom and I must say Keyonna was very professional and well informed about the property and surrounding area being that I was new to Fl and looking to move in the area for my job she was extremely helpful so if your looking for a place to stay this is it and I recommend everybody to see her when arriving she'll brighten up your day.
