Le lenzuola erano macchiate, ho avvisato la reception e subito mi hanno offerto un'altra camera e hanno pulito e cambiato immediatamente anche le lenzuola che avevo trovato sporche. Complimenti per l'efficienza

I checked out on November 14th, and I still haven’t received my $150 deposit refund. Additionally, I was charged $3 per day for a mandatory linen change, but no linen service ever occurred during my 11-day stay. Not once did anyone provide fresh towels or bedding—not that I needed them, as I used and washed my own. However, I requested a refund for the $36 linen charge since the service was never provided, but they refused, even though they didn’t attempt to perform the service.

At this point, I just want my deposit back. I’ve never heard of a deposit taking this long to be refunded. They claim it’s an issue on the bank’s end, but I’m skeptical that they’ve even processed it on their side. If anyone knows how to contact someone above on-site management to escalate this issue, please let me know.

The rooms themselves weren’t terrible, but the hallways had a rancid smell for a couple of days. The on-site staff seems unwilling to resolve issues and instead comes up with excuses for everything. This is not what I would expect from a standard hotel in terms of hospitality.

Clean, kid friendly, walking distance from multiple reaturaunts, the mall, and a city market. Rooms have a kitchenette so you can cook at home as well. Management and staff were very helpful and very polite. This hotel is affordable and convenient I would definitely recommend it.

Staff is wonderful; very helpful and friendly. Extremely dog friendly and tolerant. Location is nice, good place to take walks, close to groceries and hospital. The only thing that has been disappointing is that the rooms are not like the website says. But they are manageable.

Where do I start?
Rates weren't as agreed. They charged me more than $5 a night than the rate that is posted up front.
Charged me on a card that didn't have money while also having my other card with money. Specifically not running that second card in order to add a late fee to every payment without ever asking me about payment or even trying my other card on file.
My wedding ring went missing from where I had kept it in my locked room, no offer to check cameras or any follow-up from them.

Then, to top it off? They charged me an extra $10 for "not communicating my early checkout" - except I did and I'm not sure how they justify it since there are cameras that theoretically are on recording up front that saw me sign and pay my last payment THAT MORNING before I had to be out by 11am.
Do not stay here. Absolute crooks held up on reviews by the people who live there that they give discounts for 5 stars.
I'd sleep on the side of the road before staying here again.

Rooms are affordable. However, you get what you pay for. Rooms are very basic with little to none amenities. There is no free continental breakfast. TV's in rooms are small with basic cable. Thin walls, no hotel lobby,or ice machine. HOWEVER. This is an extended stay hotel so you do have some permanent residence there. Rooms do have an kitchenette and hotel is pet friendly. Staff was amazing. Very friendly. Didn't give it 5 stars because place gives off a "almost homeless", vibe. Inside not very pleasant compared to other hotels around the area.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is fairly new but is very basic when it comes to amenities and the furnishings in the rooms. Everything looks and feels cheap. They have kitchenettes in the rooms but you have to pay to get utensils or silverware. Some of the long term guests staying there are… interesting. This place seems like it was built by some developer as a quick cash grab.

I read another review stating, you get what you pay for but they'd have to pay me to stay at this place, it had a terrible feel the moment we walked into the so called lobby and the people walking in and out were sketchy at best, I'm a dog lover but I didn't expect to see several big dogs in the few minutes of being there. After checking in we went up to the room and when we opened the door, it reminded me of a dorm room with very cheap furniture and a full size CHEAP bed, the bed looked uncomfortable, I wasn't about to take a chance at a bad night's sleep. We grabbed our bags and went downstairs and canceled our reservation, it's sad to think this place isn't old at all, built within the past 5 years but you'd never know it. My advice, don't waste your time booking this dump.
