Spent the night on 11/23. While the room was nice, the bathroom layout was very funky and cold. To use the bathroom you had to walk down a small flight of stairs. The floor was ice cold and the bathroom itself was much colder than our room. It felt like you were walking into a dungeon. The hot tub on the deck was broken. Only the jets on one side worked. So my wife and I had to swap back and forth. The tub didn't get very hot either. Breakfast was okay, nothing to rave about. Would not return.

We enjoyed our stay at Arrowhead, using it as a base for attending a concert at Red Rocks. The accommodations were very nice and we really enjoyed the excellent breakfasts. Patrick was a good cook and an excellent driver to the show and back. We arrived very late on Saturday and checked out two days later right after breakfast so the only staff we interacted with were Patrick and the server. No matter, the email instructions and the ease of accessing our room made coming and going a breeze. We had plans during the days and the show one night so we really didn't need much staff interaction. The need and breakfast's concept worked for us very well.We will definitely be back if we're in the neighborhood for a concert again.

I am so glad we chose to stay here. The service and ambience were incredibly impressive. We received our check in email just after 3:30pm which included parking info and the codes to the front door and our room door. We stayed in the Evergreen suite which exceeded expectations. The room and bathroom are huge, provided toiletries were a wonderful touch, and the personal hot tub on the balcony was a great end to our evening at Red Rocks.

We chose to use their shuttle for the concert. It was just me and my husband which was super easy. We had a great time at the show and the driver was easy to find when it ended.

Breakfast the next day was leisurely with beautiful views. We were surprised to see four other families when it had been so quiet at night, we thought we might be the only ones here. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. We loved it.

I was there by myself in September for a celebration of life for a dear friend. The Arrowhead exceeded my expectations. It’s like walking into someone’s home! Very warm and inviting. I never saw anyone except at breakfast which was delicious. I’d call this a hidden gem. Would definitely stay here again. I stayed in the smaller room with the bathroom 4 steps outside the room. I was a little worried about that but it was not a problem at all. It’s in a very private hallway and I never saw 1 person going to the loo!

My husband and I stayed here as our last night in CO. My only regret is not staying here sooner! The B&B was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was very welcoming and kind. We were greeted by the staff, given a tour, and assured they were available for whatever we needed. The view from the lion’s den suite was incredible and the private deck with hot tub was a huge added bonus. It was my husband’s birthday & I reached out before hand. They decorated the room upon our arrival and it was a great surprise for my husband. We have already added this on our list for our next time in CO & next time we’ll stay even longer. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We stayed here last night great room only improvement could keep losing signals for satellite thought night. Breakfast was great server was supper rude and had attitude didn't come back check on us once cook was great also. No one around at times either and where meet for breakfast unclear every guest went kitchen ask only drink offer for breakfast was coffee nothing else just point took away from stay then when leaving said we checking out server response you can tell me have fun not serious conversation or response at all.

We stayed at Arrowhead manor for our 40th wedding anniversary. It was a great stay with friendly and competent staff. The view was amazing and breakfast was absolutely delicious and cooked to order. We had fresh fruit and omelets. Because the manor is right on hwy 285 the traffic was noticeable in our room but truly not a big distraction. I loved the high ceilings and the overall vibe of this bed and breakfast. The price is very reasonable especially with a beautiful breakfast included. Thank you.

Room was beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub outside the lion den, it wasn’t as peaceful as I’d hope bc of being on 285, but still nice. Breakfast was delicious.
