Very therapeutic and relaxing. It felt like being home and the scenery, amazing! Hosts, goats, and meals incredible! Gina and Darcy are excellent owners and very accommodating to their guests. I loved the morning breakfasts (delicious) and especially getting to know the other guests as well. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth the stay. I miss the goats already!

We have stayed here for 3 years in a row and will be back as soon as possible! The place is fabulous and Gina and D'Arcy are wonderful hosts that make you feel like friends. The animals and scenery are the best. The breakfasts they serve are some of the best you will ever have! Location is convenient for all activities
The rooms are relaxing and comfortable with nice views. We will be back!

We stayed in the Princeton room and we had an amazing view of sunset. Honestly it was so pretty we just waited there until the sun went down fully before going to dinner. The family who run this place really put in a lot of love and care into all the do. The animals are all so friendly and breakfast is amazing!! Highly recommend you stop here to relax and unwind.

I just stayed here driving through with my wife, baby and dog. The hosts were very receptive and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I was served farm fresh eggs and the most delicious biscuit I’ve ever eaten. It was worth the stay just for the breakfast. The only caveat was that it’s right next to a busy road. Although I couldn’t hear the traffic from my room.

We stayed in the retro camper. It was quaint , basic, and we had a great time at the property with all the sweet friendly animals! A little extra touches would have made it perfect, like wine glasses , a few decorations in the camper to make it “homey “ and maybe some lattice screens between the close campers. The mile trail around the property was delightful …and…all the friendly animals! It”s obvious that the hosts are trying their best and also persuing their love in caring for the the cow, goats, ducks, chickens,dogs,cat.. It was a loving place and I would love to stay there again! Very unique place…give it a try it”s an adventure!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible lodge in the mountains, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and serene surroundings. The RV itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need.

The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They provided great local tips for hiking trails and nearby attractions, making our mountain adventure even more enjoyable.

The outdoor space was a true highlight, with a cozy fire pit and a hot tub where we spent our evenings stargazing. Inside, the spacious living area with its large windows allowed us to enjoy the stunning scenery from the comfort of the cabin.

Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventurous outdoor experience, this place is the perfect choice. We can't wait to come back and create more wonderful memories here!

My fiance, dog, and I had a wonderful time staying at this lodge! Very dog friendly and our RV was nice and cozy. Also amazing complimentary coffee made with milk from their own goat or cow! We paid extra for breakfast (already included if you stay in one of the lodge rooms) and it was such a yummy way to start our day knowing a good amount of the food also comes from their land. Look forward to staying here again!

The Mountain Goat Lodge is truly wonderful! You will not find a kinder couple of owners anywhere, serving up breakfast and great conversation all the while tending to leagues of friendly animals. The room in the lodge was the coziest place to come back to after some outdoor adventuring. This is the type of stay that can make a whole season or year, not least because of the friendly goats.
