Unlike most of the negative reviews, fortunately, my experience has been fantastic so far. Adriana West, the charming and intelligent looking agent, was incredibly helpful and expedited my application and move-in date. From the day I took the tour to move-in, the entire process took only 9 calendar days. However, I spent 6 of those days finalizing and submitting my personal documents, so the actual processing time was less than 72 hours. I’m thrilled to settle into this property and make the most of it.

Everything about this place is amazing. The views, the amenities, the security, the square footage of social-lounge-work space, the gym with even CITRUS AND Eucalyptus towels in the gym(Equinox doesn't even offer both), the prime location with literally everything you need in walking distance.. the community/residents are top notch, and most of all, the staff here is absolutely profoundly AMAZING! From the concierge and security, to the leasing team, I haven't seen or met one sour apple. Huge huge shout out to Adriana West!!!! Adriana is an absolute diamond gem on the leasing team. Salute to you Adriana. THEA, give her a promotion!!

I first met Jerrod at my previous building, and his departure was truly felt by everyone. It was such a delight to see him here and know I am once again fortunate to benefit from his exceptional service.

His warm demeanor creates such a welcoming atmosphere every time I pass through the lobby. Whether it’s helping with packages, answering questions, or simply offering a friendly smile, Jerrod makes living here a truly enjoyable experience.

I recently rented at Thea at the Metropolis and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, the amenities, and the views from my apartment.

The leasing agents: John, Will, and Rondy made a great leasing team and helped each other while I tried to find the perfect apartment that would suit my wants and needs. They helped me find it. Their manager was also very supportive on the day of move-in. They all help create a sense of community, which is always nice.

I am hosting a party on their skydeck, in which we have beautiful views of the high rises neighboring and the skylight of DTLA. Resident Service Coordinator, Jerrod, could not have been more helpful with ensuring a seamless booking.

Highly recommend to any apartment hunter looking for their staycation home!

At Thea Metropolis.

The first thing that impressed us was the concierge and the lobby. The concierge was welcoming and professional, and the lobby was clean and well-maintained. It gave us a good first impression of the building.

The leasing office team was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though we didn't have an appointment, they still took the time to show us a couple of apartments and answer all our questions. Their willingness to accommodate us made us feel valued as potential residents.

Unfortunately, due to the bad weather, we weren't able to see the amenities during our visit. However, based on the overall experience, we have high expectations for them. The property itself is stunning, and we can imagine that the amenities will be just as impressive.

What stood out the most during our visit was the sense of safety we felt at Thea Metropolis. Moving to a new area can sometimes be daunting, especially when there are mixed reviews about the neighborhood. However, the building's security measures and the attentive staff helped alleviate any concerns we had. We felt comfortable and secure throughout our visit.

Overall, our experience at Thea Metropolis was excellent. The friendly leasing office team, the beautiful property, and the sense of safety we felt all contributed to a positive impression. Despite not being able to see the amenities, we are confident that they will meet our expectations. We are excited to return and explore everything Thea Metropolis has to offer.

Super friendly staff, really great burger, perfectly seared on a flame grill, albeit a little bloody, but this is my own fault. I ordered medium, and it was perfectly medium. Forgetting the fact when it's a burger, I prefer medium well.

Fries we're decent, I added truffle to mine, which, I'm not sure, was needed. My only mini critique, is that the ketchup was really sweet. But then again, this is probably because it's US ketchup. In the UK and EU we have far superior ketchup, so I wasn't used to that. But other than that. This was a fantastic place, with a good selection of beers/spirits/cocktails. Will certainly visit again next time I'm in LA

I have been looking at countless properties in Los Angeles for the right place that has Amazing Energy and THEA at Metropolis is an incredible vibe in the perfect location. It is walking distance to everything from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, trains to the beach and more. I was Incredibly impressed as soon as I walked into the lobby and was lucky enough to have a tour of the property and units. I really enjoy the units on the top floor. The unit I want has a view facing west and it was perfect. I already have ideas for where me and my fiancé will want to live and it only excites me for my future home. The Pool is very spacious and has salt water so that was a plus for me since I take health very seriously. The staff is wonderful from the concierge, maintenance and the Leasing team were quick to help me always during my visit. Thank you!!
