I like the location of my apartment a lot. It is close to lots of restaurants, shops, and things to do.

My apartment is surprisingly large compared to other places at a similar price point. Inside, it has modern appliances and a nice, open layout with big windows that let in a lot of light.

The building offers some nice extras like a rooftop deck with city views, and a pool.

The management team is helpful and quick to fix any issues.

I recently finished my 1yr lease. As a part of my move out charges, Pegasus charged me utility fees for the month after I moved out.

- There are prostitutes roaming around in the building in early morning
- the front glass door is left unlocked so homeless roam the building freely.
- The concierge seems to be sleeping around with residents. So you have to wait 30mins to receive your packages.
- Pegasus changes its utility charge every other month so you have to keep a sharp eye on your bills.
- Most of the elevators don’t work.
- there are roaches roaming around the building.
- there were several incidents where police had to drag criminals out of the building late at night.
- Pegasus will not mention the rate for cleaning or for any other move out service hence they keep changing the rate as per the resident

Overall a cheap building , the area around has high amounts of drugists , who will follow you
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had a bad experience with the leasing team at Pegasus. Some time ago, the associate I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. When I tried to resolve this, I spoke with Ashley, but she was not helpful either. In retrospect, the leasing team has not been welcoming.

In a way, this has made me worried about living here since I’ve already signed my lease. But, this will only be temporary since I will save some money along the way here. And, if someone does respond to this review, please do a lot better than just asking to "contact our office directly" because it won't help. I've attempted and it didn't work.

If you're looking for a cool place to stay, I suggest checking out other apartments nearby. Brockman Lofts and Figueroa Eight are two huge recommendations. They have better amenities, nicer staff, and an easier leasing process. The residency culture is far better. You deserve to feel good about where you live.

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay, this is it. However, you probably won't feel as welcome.

I don't want to write a good review because they might jack up the rent but...I've lived in 5 Equity Residential apartments (3 in NYC and now 2 here in LA). This is my favorite!! Is this Glendale? No. This is DTLA. I happily don't have a car and work from home. Is there a some of chaos outside? Yes. This isn't Glendale. Are all of the neighbors I have met nice? YES!! Living in DTLA with a rooftop pool isn't for everyone. My smoke detector started beeping last night and the nicest guy showed up at 8 AM to put it and me out of our misery. No shade on Hudson Crossing or especially Brooklyner but nothing comes close to the Golden Coast here at Pegasus. :))

When I first moved to LA, I dreamed of living in a fancy high rise in the heart of downtown. It was more than I could afford at the time but I knew it was what I wanted for my future. Fast forward two decades and I’ve lived here for two years and I still retain the wonder and joy I had when I first moved in.

My apartment has an incredible view! My guests are always impressed when I show them what I wake up to. The staff here are extremely kind and attentive. They know me by name and we exchange tidbits of conversation as I come and go. I want to especially acknowledge Mike on the service team for coming to my rescue the other day. I dropped my ring in the sink, a family heirloom, and he was able to fish it out. The way the staff goes over and above just highlights my experience here and why I expect to live here for many years to come.

Came to visit a friend who lives in the building and now I want to move in. The view at night is proper mint! The walls must be solid because it’s very quiet, couldn’t hear the neighbors at all.

I don’t drive so being close to bars/restaurants is a priority. Everything is walking distance or a scooter ride away

Looked at many buildings before applying at the Pegasus. 3 months in I am super happy. The location is great, I can go 4 days without driving my car. My apartment is well maintained and my neighbors have been friendly and considerate. The roof top pool/gym/terrace are much nicer than comparable buildings, The pool is well maintained and swim-able in February. Having a roof top gym so much better than being in the bowels of a building.

I moved in just before the big rains and a leak started behind my bedroom wall. The facilities team were on it that day. Though the weather slowed the solution I was very pleased with the quick response. They identified the source, resolved it within days.
Once the rains ceased, a team came in to repair/resurface/ repaint my bedroom wall. Not a fun thing, but the Pegasus staff did everything possible, as fast as possible and kept me informed.

So far, so good!

This review is for maintenance and specifically Gabriel Serrato! There was some water damage on our bathroom ceiling and they were proactive with fixing this. He found the source causing this and sent a team to repair. Gabriel is always really kind and efficient and makes any repairs quickly. So glad that he’s a part of the team at Pegasus, this definitely makes me feel at ease with my apartment choice 10/10 always recommend Gabriel
