I moved in about 2 years ago and plan to renew for 2025. During my time, I have seen two managers that are night and day. Laura is caring and helpful. She goes above and beyond in communication and even helped me set up my online account. (Dang passwords) Even with the management and ownership changes Laura and Hailey let us know what was happening and we can see all of the good changes. Gutters were cleaned, we had pressure washing done, new pool furniture too and now they say we are getting an updated gym. I won't use it but my daughter may LOL. Thank you, Laura and Hailey for making my stay so comfortable. A million good reviews for you both.

This place is an actual nightmare. These are just a few pictures of the condition of the apartment when I moved in. It is mold infested and reeks of mold & mildew. I had an inspector come in and tested for black mold and it is clear it is in the apartment and running through the air ducts as well. Management has so far refused to do anything about it. They have clearly painted over most of the other visible mold with a very thick coating of paint to try and cover it up. Legal action is in process as I have already had multiple health issues related to mold sickness. Carpets were not replaced even though previous owner had dogs. Floors and counters were damaged when I moved in. Both toilets do not flush correctly with one of them overflowing and flooding the entire bathroom. Blinds are all crooked, window screens broke, etc. All of this has been reporting in writing to management and they have so far done nothing but come and vacuum my carpets which did nothing. Don’t be like me and rent here because you thought the reviews were old and maybe they have turned over a new leaf running this place. No, DO NOT rent here. Listen to the reviews.

The leasing office here is completely unprofessional. We moved in June 2024, and several major repairs that were promised to be done before our move-in are still incomplete. Laura, who works in the front office, consistently avoids my calls. The vendors they use have entered our home without notice, knocking, or ringing the doorbell. Their vendors made a mess (one even spilled an entire bottle of cooking oil on the floor), and left without cleaning up or informing us about the mess. The trash is rarely picked up on time, and the compactor is always overflowing. Despite multiple attempts to reach Laura about a used condom that's been sitting at the foot of our apartment staircase, she has yet to respond, and the issue remains unresolved. The maintenance team is equally unreliable, often clueless about the repairs and consistently failing to show up to scheduled appointments.

This place is an absolute joke and a nightmare to live at. Even if you’re in a bad spot do not rent here, it will make your life even worse.. they don’t care about their tenants who are quiet and keep to themselves. I complained almost 10 times about a neighbor partying and making crazy amounts of noise late at night and they did nothing, I even went as far as taking recordings in my home as proof. their way of handling the situation was for us to have a sit down with the other tenants and talk it out. they only offered this after the 9th time i complained. The other 8 times all they did was apologize. Pretty positive they never even said anything to the other tenants since it never stopped and when I asked for proof they were reprimanded they ignored me. They ended up moving to another side of the complex because their apartment was filled with mold. people let there kids do whatever the hell the want. Example, teenagers screaming, playing, fist fighting, blasting music at the pool till way past midnight. saw some kids under 6 going around and trying to open up cars doors all the time. We had about a month of kids running around and ding dong ditching tenants. If you’re anywhere near the pool you can’t sit outside on your patio because the smell of bleach and chemicals is absolutely suffocating. When it comes to the “ Amenities” they don’t take care of them. The door to the dog park was broken for months. The way they fixed it was zip ties and it broke a day later, along with it being overran by wasps. our Heating filter was never changed when we moved in and the first couple days it got cold the filter caught fire and the maintenance man and manager tried to gaslight and manipulate me into thinking it was my fault even though I consulted a HCAV person and they agreed that it was at least a year to a year and a half of build up on the filter along with the entire inside of the system being filled with mold. They literally came in with a tiny shop Vac and that was the only thing they were willing to do and was just totally dismissive of my concerns of the condition of other peoples filter and there being a fire while I’m at work. This event also made me realize that there are no fire extinguishers on the property and god forbid the place catches fire all the tenants are screwed cuz the building is all old rotten wood. I put in a maintenance request cuz I found rat poop and never heard anything back from them to help me fix it, the only way I could ever get maintenance to my house was if I cornered them in the morning and told them what was going on and I was always met with attitude.
When moving in the place was absolutely disgusting, no deep clean was done, the apartment didn’t match the photos online. They didn’t replace our carpet till after we moved in nor did they paint the walls till after we moved in which was a huge inconvenience. The bathroom walls turned yellow anytime someone showered and no one could tell me why. They didn’t disclose that more half of our security deposit was nonrefundable, totally took advantage of us living 5,000 miles away and desperate for a place to live without a way of viewing it in person or being there to sign in person. And When move in day came they added a bunch of move in fees and only giving us back 150$ of 1,302$. Not to mention that the mangers show up whenever they feel like it, often times no one is in the office. They screwed up our move out date tree times due to the front desk lady forgetting to tell the manager, if my husband wouldn’t have went down and asked they would of made us move out almost a week before we were prepared to still put us in a tight spot with this because we had to rush to find a new place or sign another month on with them. But of course for a extra 250$

There is DOG FECES EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!
there’s only one trash receptacle and one dog bag station and they’re not even close to each other. The trash cans were removed due to vandalism at one point and never returned. My dogs both caught giardia which is caused by this exact issue and now I’m left to deal with over 300 in vet bills. I’ll add pictures soon. It’s frustrating and disgusting.

The staff Taylor were really helpful and patient with us throughout the whole process. She would walk us through the things we needed to do. Even when things weren’t going good she would apologize about the inconvenience. But overall everything was really good and she was a good help too.

Do not rent here. These apartments are WAY overpriced. My partner lived here for a yr and the apartment always had mold in the walls, doors, windows and even the bathroom cabinets. A lot of his stuff had mold (hats, shirts, etc). Even the brand new PLANT got mold in the apartment. The last few months he had fly traps all over the apartment. There were small flies coming from everywhere due to humidity. Also a problem the complex doesn’t want to invest to solve it. But they be overcharging for nothing cause they don’t even have amenities. Cheery on top The manager at the leasing office is rude.

Staff is incredibly helpful and nice! I just moved for the first time from NJ and the process was scary, but the staff here definitely made this process a whole lot easier to manage. My experience conversing with them through email and over the phone have been wonderful. As for the apartment itself, I couldn't be happier. The place is clean and spacious. Location is great too!
